Not the biggest order, however, outstanding service, communication, despatch, tracking and choice of courier all made this transaction 100%. Initially I was persuaded by the competitive delivery charge for such a small order. Other internet companies were charging twice the Swansea price. No complaints whatsoever and thouroughly recommended. Thank you Swansea timber.

Their birch plywood is of excellent quality, competitively priced and just what I needed for my workshop project. The icing on the cake was a free cutting service which meant as a non-commercial user I could load the wood into my car and it was the exact size for instant use thus saving considerable time. On another order one screw was defective but they immediately responded by posting out a replacement. Staff in the shop are particularly courteous, and insist on helping to load heavy items into the car.

I needed some clarification with the item I wanted to buy. I decided to call them as they were the only site warning of a potential misfit issue. They were very helpful in the clarification and I therefore placed the order with confidence. This was fulfilled quickly and with exactly what I needed. The items ordered were shipped promptly and arrives in good condition. All items were well packed. Installation instructions were included and were very clear.

They advertised a 10" desk arm and delivered a 6.5", so only does a temporary job that we need to find a longer term solution elsewhere
