- No longer permitting multiple trades at once
- Average trade time is 3-7 business days, excluding expedited transactions

It appears the company prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, neglecting loyal customers like myself who have referred over 100 people. Their customer service reflects a mindset favoring the company's convenience over the customer's. Despite being U.S.-based, the owner's lack of customer-centric focus is evident. This deterioration in service, which could easily be rectified, is disheartening. As a long-standing customer, I'm contemplating severing ties due to this significant decline.

I just added Alipay to my China eWallet and wanted to try it out. Since it was my first time, I uploaded the wrong Alipay 2D QR code for receiving money. Swapsy does a good job founding this out (though I'm not sure how, maybe they got notified by the party swapping money with me, or they have some built-in code to catch such dumb mistake by user?) and emailing to remind me of making corrections.
