We ordered dim sum catering for lunch and it was such a wonderful experience! Everything arrived fresh and nicely prepared. The porridge was piping hot, so comforting and really warms the stomach. The Hong Kong milk tea was definitely the highlight, strong tea aroma with just the right level of sweetness, very authentic. Overall, all the food we selected was awesome and everyone enjoyed it so much. Highly recommended!

Swee Choon did an excellent job. Their team was consistently responsive via WhatsApp and proactively called to confirm arrangements. Even when I made a last-minute change to the delivery date, they accommodated it smoothly. The food was neatly packed and of course, absolutely delicious!

The dessert - Mango sago is excellent, and glad that there are more than enough for all the guests.
The dim sum items - Har Kau and Siew Mai are well made.
Generally the amount of food is generous and much appreciated.
The delivery is on time and all items are in good conditions.
There are even garbage bags provided, very thoughtful.

I stated Remarks to be delivered after 1pm because no one at home. But your delivery guy came at 12noon!!!! Luckily I just reached home few minutes earlier. If NOT no one received!! I told him why he delivered so early LUCKILY I just came home! ACCORDING TO HIM, NO ONE NO TOLD AND HE IS NOT AWARE OF THE TIMING!!!

The frontline staff in Century Square r helpful to check my online order and referred me to the right personnel. They got my items prepared in a cooler bag which was helpful during the trip home.

Money paid and have not received my order after 5 days.

Delivery was prompt, and pre delivery arrangements was professionally done.

Short of item delivered. And there’s no way to contact anyone for follow up action. The deliveries email doesn’t work. Need to work on after sale service.

The dim sum arrived frozen as ordered and had instructions on how to warm or cook them. Since these are larger portions than the usual restaurant servings, they were adequate to feed a larger group of 5 adults comfortably. They warmed up nicely and the quality was excellent. I’ve never patronized their stores but really enjoyed having them delivered frozen. Hopefully, more variety will be available frozen.
