You can’t get better. Packaging was great loads of bubble wrap . Quality of product excellent. Genuine article.
Overly large holes on the sweet puffs. Dramatically different pipes , quality was ok but simply can’t use these massive hole variants.

Hi Jason,
We’re really sorry to see this and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
We’ve looked into your order, and it appears the items purchased were 2x jet lighters, not a Sweet Puff pipe. Based on your review, it sounds like there may have been some confusion or a mix-up.
We’d really like to get this cleared up for you as quickly as possible. If something wasn’t as expected, please reach out to us directly and we’ll make it right straight away.
If this review was intended for a different order or store, we’d greatly appreciate it if you could update or remove it.
We’ve just sent you an email to help resolve this — we’re here to help.
Kind regards,
Sweet Puff Holland Team

Disappointed customer
I received my order but several items were broken and the package was a bit squashed. Maybe the transport company’s fault.

They are of very low quality, one has snapped in my hands. They are both poor quality and bowl opening is far too large.

Hi Dean,
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and apologise that the pipes you received didn’t meet expectations.
We’ve carefully checked our inboxes and order records and, unfortunately, we couldn’t find any email or prior contact from you before this review was left.
All Sweet Puff Holland pipes are genuine and hand-made, which means minor variations can occur. That said, any items with noticeable defects should not have been sent out, and we take full responsibility for this.
We’ve already been in contact with you and are more than happy to arrange replacement pipes and a refund to make this right. We’re committed to resolving this promptly and ensuring you’re looked after.
Please continue the conversation with us directly so we can finalise this for you as quickly as possible.
Kind regards,
Sweet Puff Holland Team
