My Conveyancer's name is Faiz Merchant working for Swift lawyers. He acted in selling our house and buying our new house. Things didn't start off well, as I didn't know how to edit and sign all the documents that were involved in the process, and not being conversant with Word. Faiz was very patient with me and eventually it was all done to completion, Thank you Faiz for a job well done.

I recently used Aaisha Ajmal at Swift Lawyers for both the sale of my property and the purchase of my new home, and I genuinely cannot recommend her highly enough.
What should have been a straightforward process turned into a year-long journey due to numerous unexpected challenges on the sale side, including complex Land Registry issues involving adverse possession applications and rights of access. Despite this, Aaisha acted swiftly and decisively throughout. She prepared thorough and comprehensive applications, expedited submissions, and consistently chased progress — achieving approvals within weeks even when typical Land Registry timelines run into months. That alone speaks volumes about her expertise and attention to detail.
Our buyer’s solicitors raised ongoing enquiries month after month, yet Aaisha remained professional, responsive, and unflappable throughout. At no point did we feel unsupported — she was always on top of everything.

Don’t be put off by the price I found Swift Lawyers by a third party home legal direct and I was sceptical of the price because it was so much cheaper than I had been quoted elsewhere however I can confirm the process was smooth and the communication was always there and when you are moving I think the communication is so important between all parties so overall very happy with this firm, would highly recommend and will use them in the future.
