Smooth and expert service
Quick response from Alisha with supporting information by a phonecall. I was passed on to a solicitor (Kin) for an appointment, who dealt with the matter expertly and efficiently. Documents I needed to complete were emailed to me during the appointment and explained. Top service!

Help with fill forms
The Initial contact i ha was with Alisha. She pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to talk to, after speaking with her. I decided to engaged their service. She made an appointment for someone to give me a call. I got the call and spoke to Kin who will be dealing with my request. She was so Professional and sounded very polite over the phone she explain every step in the form filling, in a way that was easy to understand.

Definitely not Swift Property Transfer
I’m genuinely surprised this company has such a high rating. They offered me £10 for a good review! No to this as I need to provide genuine feedback on my experience!
Their homepage flips between “Land Registry Form Filling services” and “Transfer of Ownership services,” during different time period (when I revised this review comment today it shows only “Land Registry Form Filling Services). I was quoted over £550 which made me think I’d receive a full legal property transfer. Instead, they just filled out basic forms —no legal advice, no conveyancing. You then need to pay ID check and submit the form yourself. Once forms are filled all is done.
It’s not Swift Property Transfers—it’s “Swift Form Filling.” Misleading and overpriced.
My response to the latest reply from them:
It is totally disgusting for not admitting that they offered me £10 for providing a positive review comment!
Also on the service, when I discussed with them about the service, its homepage showed that “Transfer of the ownership services” (I have grabbed the screenshot on the day) instead of Form filling services recently.
My experience is I suggest before you proceed with this service, read the other 1 star comments and, if you truly want a proper service for your title registration, seek out a qualified conveyancer (it will save your time and money overall) rather than relying on a pure form-filling service.
I have now deleted the other review since I have merged the comments together with this one.

Great initial call
Had my initial call with Alisha (I hope I've spelled that right) today. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through what to expect from the process and answered any questions I had. We contacted Swift Property Transfers to amend the land registry for our property. We have found them extremely helpful and friendly. They offer a fixed fee transparent service that is much cheaper than using a solicitor. With someone to hold your hand through the whole process.
