Total waste of time and money
They did nothing other than type information I provided onto the Land Registry form. I've had to separately pay solicitors to expidite the transfer at further expense to me and my family. They are a total waste of time and money!

Called and was called back within the hour. Jacob explained process very clearly. Was put straight through to my case manager Zainab. She was brilliant and in just over an hour of my first call all my forms were completed and emailed to me. Brilliant service and Zainab deserves 6 stars !

I sent a request for a call on a Sunday and got a response within 30mins. The explanation was excellent and an interview arranged. Good value compared to other providers and the call lasted around 30mins.

Didn't tell me Id verifier would need to put their passport number on the form which is the stumbling block I had and can't get appropriate people to do it because of that. Waste of money.

After paying £475,two days later I received news that my financial position l was unable to continue.
After copious amount of e mals they haven't had the decent to reply, even though I was told l had 14 day cooling of period

We always aim to reply to customer enquiries within 24 to 48 hours, but on this occasion, due to the timing of your enquiry over a weekend, our response fell slightly outside of this timeframe. During the call, you gave your verbal consent to proceed after being fully informed of our terms, including our cancellation and refund policy. This was later confirmed in writing, where you agreed that once your appointment had been completed and the requested documents prepared and sent, our service would be fulfilled and no refund would be due.
We completely understand that you are currently facing financial difficulties, and we genuinely sympathise. However, our team dedicated time and care to preparing your documents, which were delivered as agreed and in line with both your consent and our published terms and conditions.
We’ve also reached out to you via email and are awaiting your response. We remain open to further discussion and are more than willing to work towards a resolution.
