Clear and efficient.

I spoke to Miroslav S. over the phone as my case was somewhat complicated. He took all the information I'd given and was very clear that he understood my request and dealt with it swiftly. Brilliant service, would recommend and will use again when required.

Good service from Miro

Good service, this is my third year using them.
Miro is brilliant, he is able to talk you through the process and he makes the whole thing effortless.

Be aware of their service.

DO NOT USE this service.

They will mess up your tax code. You will end up paying more from HMRC. I already told them that I’m not a self employed, I am a PAYE. They will offer their service and will take 24% of the refund you will get. But you will end up the following year messing up your tax code.

I ended up paying back over £1500 from…

I ended up paying back over £1500 from receiving 650. Swift took there cut still . There is 28 of us currently in a mess with the tax. The staff turnover is like a conveyor belt . When things go wrong they will completely ignore you.

Awful

Awful. I’m paying a percentage on a tax return that I never received. Whatever they claim they can get you they will take 24% whether you get it or not.
