We recently bought a swingball from a large retailer for our son as a present and when we opened it realised there was a part missing. Our son desperately wanted to play it straight away and the missing part wasn’t fundamental to being able to play the game so we decided to let him and reach out to swingball directly about the missing part. Bea came back to me straight away offering to post out the missing part. The customer service that we received was amazing and the part was despatched the same day - thank you so much again!

Ordered a replacement swing ball for the 2nd time. My young son hit it once and the ball flew off This is the third time this has happened. Extremely disappointed with the quality and did not last more than the first hit by a small 8 year old

Great game - only issue was the stopper didn't quite fit. Emailed Swingball - immediate response and replacement sent out the same day. Excellent customer service from Zain.

Quality getting progressively worse. 3 issues already with latest set after just 2 weeks, only bought whole set at great expense because replacement bats out of stock everywhere including at Swingball! This after previous bats also broke within a year!

In a world where I feel nobody cares about customer service anymore, it was a delight to deal with this company who were so quick to respond to me and help resolve my issue.

I purchased the classic swingball from Argos yesterday. In the Q&A section it stated that the swingball is fun for all the family to enjoy. Within half an hour of it being played with at a family BBQ the string attaching the ball snapped. We tried to rectify it by tying the strings together and then melting into place (might sound silly but it worked). 10 minutes later the string attaching the ball snapped again in a different place this time. The quality of this product has been disappointing as the one we punched a few years ago lasted ages! Basically, unless you are a young child this product is not suitable, contrary to what was stated. Ball keeps coming off and the string snapped multiple times.

Ordered a bat there over 2 weeks ago and it’s still not been dispatched. No explanation as to what the hold up is after sending a couple of emails. Feels like they have just taken my money.
