Not received replacement ball even though I’ve ordered a week ago. No email to say it’s been dispatched! Sent multiple emails to ask for update and no response.

Swing ball is the best game ever!!
Best sporty game for all ages. No nuisance ball going into neighbours’s garden.
Great exercise too. I recommend swing ball’s lasting quality, fun game.
Thank goodness they have a replacement ball if you ever need one .

It's great that you can order spares rather than purchase a whole new one. Was really easy to place the order, arrived safely and was a nice quick delivery. 2 very happy kids

21 days after my purchase my order got shipped and no reply on customer service.

I sent one email to customer service after 14 days with no information.
Second email to customer service after 21 days and then like magic my order gets shipped after 2 hours. The last email was a 7 day warning that I would inform my credit card company to make a chargeback as they took the money from the card on day 1.

If you would like a swingball product then buy it somewhere else as the manufacturers own shipping infrastructure is non existing.

Not received item, have emailed customer service a number of times.

Ordered replacement ball and string. Very prompt delivery. A lot cheaper than eBay £9:99 compared to £23.99.

Replacement swing ball easy to order arrived promptly easy to fit really happy with product !

If I could give this zero stars I would. This is my 4th (and last) swing ball set. The balls split & come off, the base lid is ill fitting and therefore does not hold water. Tried filling with sand but still it was very unstable . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered a swingball for my son’s birthday and when it didn’t arrive I contacted swingball for help. They have not responded to any emails and there is no phone number that works. I am still without the gift and my son’s birthday was over a week ago. Requests for a refund have been ignored. Really disappointing customer service.

Arrived promptly and with minimal packaging - could be paper though rather than plastic.
Shame only one ball and string can be ordered at a time on the website.
Happy to have replacement and continue the hours of fun in the garden.
