Knowledgable, Personal service, well beyond what other bike shops would deliver. Paul serviced a rare wheelset which another shop had refused "coz it was too much trouble". Top mark again

Lovely man with a passion for bikes however decrepit (mine certainly was). Great communication and a lovely job bringing a bike back to life after 8 years literally mouldering in a garage.

Cannot recommend Paul enough, he knows exactly what he is doing and will give you his expert friendly advice truthfully. I have been to Paul a few times now for my bike and my sons. Charges for servicing are very fair. if you want good quality then he is the man!

I used Paul's services for my bike in the past (checkup of my Brompton), I was very happy with him. 
It was then a nice surprise to find out he was one of the stockist for Frog bikes in Woking, as I was looking at buying one for my daughter's birthday. 
Again I cannot fault his services. He offers advice without pushing to buy. His communication is perfect, he warned me immediately when the colour we had chosen was out of stock and offered alternatives. The bike was received and built in a day and what more? He actually dropped it off at ours, when I couldn't come to pick it up for a few days. That's what I call the personal touch.

Paul's recent service on my bike was exemplary, he has a genuine passion for bikes and this reflects In his work. Fabulous service, great guy 👍 Highly recommended.

My bike was in a sorry state when I handed it over to SwishCycles, having languished in our garage for 5 years. I collected it today and it's like a new bike! Paul involved me at every stage of the process and I can't praise him enough.

Paul has been servicing my bikes for a few years now. Always helpful, always goes above and beyond. Most recently serviced my bike before a trip to Belgium. It was honestly a revelation afterwards. Like a new bike and his tyre recommendation in particular was spot on, it felt like the bike was floating! In addition, a small issue I had with a component shortly after (not Paul’s fault) was resolved immediately with a warranty replacement on my behalf. Couldn’t ask for more.

I first came in contact with Paul 2017. Unlike others, he spent significant time giving good practical advice, allowing me to try various options to suit my need & of course budget.

The Silver Back Solar 4 is same bike I still have, ride regularly & recently had serviced by Paul.

Paul's friendly high quality practical advice at what I feel is at a reasonable cost. Has again, been validated by his post assessment service & my improved riding experience. And is reason why I will continue to trust & use his services.

I am now riding my bike confidently knowing that Paul has done a thorough service on it. He took a video showing me around my bike explaining as he went the overall health of it and the work that would need to done to make it road worthy again. He was polite, helpful and thorough. Good job.

Great service. Very helpful. Previously carried out a service on my bike. More than happy with the results. More recently carried out a puncture repair at very short notice and was again very helpful friendly. All in all very professional knowledgeable and a great sevice. No problem at all to recommend and will be using again.

He's guided me through 2 bike overhauls now and each time my jaw has dropped to the floor upon collection day - both bikes have ridden beautifully and looked spectacular.
I'm also extremely impressed with Paul's product knowledge and somewhat relieved that there is someone else out there obsessing over bikes like I do!

Paul clearly knows his stuff. He is so helpful and easy to deal with. I was a bit embarrassed bringing my 30 year old decrepit Raleigh racer to him but needn’t have been. He has totally transformed and breathed new life into it. I am so pleased to be able to actually use it again - thank you Swish!
