I would love to give 5 stars but unfortunately the I never received the package. The company uses Amazon logistics/SwisShip to ship their items which are unfortunately useless if you have a commercial/business address as they cant be bothered delivering it. Delivery was attempted FIVE times during business hours apparently, but we never saw the delivery person. Also you cannot contact the Swisship logistics company at all.. there is no phone number and their email doesn't work.. sounds like a fake company to me.
So here I am 2 weeks after purchasing the item, $160 they still have and I still don't have any earbuds... BE WARNED >:( Definitely don't recommend buying anything that uses Swisship. !!!!!!!!!! extra exclamation marks because I'm still pissed off.

This company is trash, I ordered through Shein, just a pair of shoes. I never got my order. It still says delivered, and Shein finds it easier to just refund money. Idk who I could contact or if there is someone to contact. My order says it was delivered on a Sunday at the time that I am normally up. No package was in site, The should no longer be in business

Terrible . It told me that would be delivered for the last two days. Now it says waiting for details. You can't get any truthful cooperation. Called the company . They said wait a couple days and call us back. I told them I do not want swiship to deliver my orders. Period. What a waste of my time

Mon colis a été expédié par eux en août il me disent qu il a été livré mais pourtant se jour la j'étais chez moi et personne n'a sonné ni appeler donc j'appelle amazon pour qu il me refasse une livraison déjà il m'ont rappelé au bout d'un mois pour me dire qu ils enquête que sur les 30jours appres la livraison je leur dit que c est de leur faute si il sont disponibles qu un mois après la livraison, puis a un moment il me disent qu ils vont me refaire la livraison et sa fait un peu moins d'1 mois que j'attends et quand je regarde ils me disent toujours pas qu il a été expédié.

I had purchased some car accessories from Vantrue to be then be passed on to a company of Amazon Logistics that simply left the package behind my bin with no notification. 4 days on, whilst clearing the bin, a soggy packet was then noticed and retrieved by me. No notification on delivery either. Poor service. Be better.
Bad timing
I’m on my own at home and getting ready to go to bed after a very emotional day at work. I have an awful headache spoiling for a migraine so need to take my migraine tablets and go to sleep. 21.34 (9.34pm) my doorbell rings, delivering my item, which I am grateful for, don’t get me wrong. But not acceptable at all to be delivering items at this time of night. I’m sorry - but I’m alone, ready for bed (not a great deal on) and husband is out (I actually thought it was him pranking at first) and I find an unknown male standing on my doorstep - can’t see who it is through the pothole as dark outside and our outside light doesn’t turn on fast enough. This time of night, delivery should not be allowed, especially these days when we are a little heightened with what we are hearing in the news… I will be advising the people I buy this item from that I won’t by this again due to this issue - shame as it’s really helping my health issue…

Colis venant de Amazon livré par Swiship est abominable. Le colis était soi-disant livré à 15h26 "au garage", ce qui est impossible, car notre garage est inaccessible de l'extérieur sans que nous ouvrions le portail, donc on va vérifier la boîte-aux-lettres, et rien. On appelle Amazon, accueilli par un opérateur IA me disant qu'il ne peut rien faire, finalement j'ai une personne réelle (dans un centre d'appels à l'autre bout du monde!) qui elle ne comprend pas et ne peut pas contacter le livreur pour savoir où est le colis ! Elle va lancer une enquête. Vers 20h par inquiétude, je vais à nouveau vérifier la boîte aux lettres, (nous étions donc toute la journée à la maison) et voilà que le colis (un livre emballé dans du carton) était posé au-dessus de la boîte aux lettres !!!! Le livreur ne s'est pas fait la peine ni de le remettre en main propre, malgré que nous soyons à la maison, ni de le mettre dans la boîte aux lettres, ni d'appeler pour dire que c'est livré et que le colis est à l'air, que n'importe qui pourrait le voler ou qu'en cas de pluie il serait abîmé si on ne passe pas le chercher. Abominable, ces livreurs n'ont plus aucun sens des responsabilités et de remplir correctement leur fonction de livreur en assurant le client que tout arrive en bonne et due forme.
Voici ce qu'est devenu la fameux "Amazon"! du profit sans aucune garantie de service derrière, mettant en péril les produits commandées et les relations entre fournisseurs et clients !

Swiship is saying they delivered a package to our house but we were home the whole time and nothing was delivered. We called support and they don't track the drivers or where it was delivered too. The comment we got back was maybe a neighbor will bring it over. And you need to call the company you purchased the item from. This is a terrible company and feels like a big time scam.

Wrong item delievered
I ordered a £150 dehumidifier and instead received a £15 sleeping bag. They had clearly just put the label on the wrong parcel as it said it weighed 10kg, so clearly not a sleeping bag.I tried calling the number on their website but it cut off.
I managed to get a response on email, which said the seller had sent the wrong item. When I pointed out the company doesn't sell sleeping bags I was just told there was nothing they could do and I have to sort it out with the seller.

2 Eero routers were sent to me via Amazon Logistics using swiship tracking. When the package arrived, I opened it up to find pampers baby wipes and kleanex tissues. I had to double check the tracking number and they were indeed the same package tracking number. Not to mention the delivery driver just knocked on the front door and left the package there and walked away. Lucky I was in at the time to hear it arrive. This service has been awful with no delivery window available. I noe have to wait until Monday to contact Amazon and Kcom about what's going on with these routers. Absolute mess around.

Unfortunately you don’t get to pick the carriers when you order stuff these days and if I did then this lot wouldn’t even come into the equation, ordered stuff from a company and they used this lot I waited a week went into their tracking which said item had been delivered…really? They also said it had been put through the letterbox even more ridiculous, on closer look the address on the package didn’t have the house number so it would be impossible for them to deliver unless they stuck it through the first door in the street, when I emailed them about this numerous times the emails kept getting sent back to me saying recipients refused the email and surprise there’s no phone number to contact, in these days of customer focus and reviews you would think they would do something to sort their stuff out but reading a lot of the reviews on here they just don’t seem to care
