They marked the package as "delivered," but it never reached my hands. It is simply IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with the company. One star is far too generous for a company like this.

Swiship/Amazon Logistics - unavoidable stress!

We use Amazon Logistics for our Multi Channel Fulfillment orders who in turn use Swiship (or probably own them!) for their deliveries. We also use Parcelforce to send our own packages and they have not lost one parcel in over 650 deliveries.

Swiship however have now said they have delivered two parcels recently, including one "behind the garbage bins", however neither were delivered according to our customers. Upon appealing this with Amazon they just told what we already knew from the tracking that it had apparently been delivered. They were unable to provide any POD or photographic evidence which most courier companies can. We now have to send our customers another product or a refund which means we are out of pocket with no possible recompense from the greedy Amazon machine or Swiship.

Amazon already treat their 3rd party FBA sellers with complete contempt so this is just another negative to add to the list! AVOID if possible.

Bons à rien

Livraison replanifiée par le livreur lui même en affirmant que la demande vient de moi... Ça ne devrait même pas être techniquement possible. Il s'est "présenté" devant mon entreprise à 16:47 en déclarant qu'elle est fermée. J'étais là... On ferme à 17:30... Quand Amazon va cesser d'embaucher des nuls dans ce genre ?

So I ordered an item from Amazon to get shipped to an Amazon locker so I could just pick it up on the way home from work. I checked my delivery status on Amazon on Tuesday 23rd after work and it was almost delivered. The weather was horrendous, absolutely teeming with rain and I didn’t want the item sitting in the cold damp locker over night as it was an electrical item. On my way home from work I parked up facing the locker and decided to wait on it being delivered. The weather was getting worse and after an hour and half, I saw a transit van in my mirror stop side on right behind me (didn’t even bother parking in a space). A young guy got out and was trying to grasp a load of packages. I thought “finally” I can get my package. The guy then pulled his phone out and took a picture of a huge puddle next to the locker (if you took a picture of the puddle at a certain angle it would look like it was obstructing the locker but it wasn’t). He then walked around the puddle to the front of the locker and dumped all the parcels on the wet ground (he knew what he was doing because he was looking around to see if anyone was watching). I could see my package on the ground because it had the electrical stickers and it was the right shape. He then proceeded to chuck the items into the locker but in the meantime my delivery status changed to “Unfortunately we ran into an issue with attempting your delivery”. I was shocked because he was right there with my parcel. To deter him from causing any damage to my parcel I got out my car and asked him “ excuse me is there a package for (my name)” he says “erm yes”. I then said “I have just received a message saying you are unable to deliver, will I still be able to receive my parcel” he says “eh yes” put my parcel in the locker and drove away in his van. I then checked my emails for a code, checked my delivery status and I had nothing, no code for the locker. I have been contacting Amazon all week about the issue and it looks like it’s been delivered on their end. I explained to them everything that happened, they did refund me and they are going to investigate. I honestly couldn’t believe what I was seeing and I am absolutely disgusted with swiship and have no idea what kind of scam they have going on. Seriously think twice about getting items delivered to the lockers, I certainly will not in future.

This is the 2nd time I’m waiting to…

This is the 2nd time I’m waiting to have the mysterious delivery before 9pm?
Last one said left by front door or near to?? I was in the house and there was no delivery. Despite my complaints to the seller they are using them again.
18.22 and I’m waiting to greet the imaginary delivery driver!’
Absolute s… and actually I don’t believe they are for real

This is unfair, the lowest we can give them is 1 star. These guys deserve -10 stars worst worst delivery company ever. Stay away

No Delivery

Like everyone else - told the package was delivered. Mine happened 3 times before I ended up asking for a refund. Don't even deserve the 1 star.

Useless and dishonest

Useless. Swiship have now twice claimed to have delivered parcels to my house. Needless to say, no parcels have been received, no card put through the letterbox to indicate delivery was attempted, and there isn’t even a customer service contact through which to raise a complaint.

I would avoid this business at all costs.

Lie about delivery

Never had an issue receiving parcels but Swiship have lied about ny delivery. Stated it was left behind my bins despite those being in the back garden behind a locked gate.

Because they have marked my parcel delivered, I am struggling to get a refund 3 weeks later.

Will be more cautious about what courier service websites use in the future, these have been shocking.

I was apprehensive at first...

I was apprehensive at first, as my OnBuy purchase stated that it was being sent via Swiship, a name that I hadn't come across before. Their tracking page doesn't give you any information as to who they are or how they operate, but after some digging it transpires that they use the Amazon logistics chain.

My parcel arrived within the time frame stated by the seller, in Amazon outer packaging - confirming the relationship between the two. I was informed via OnBuy when the parcel was out for delivery and subsequently when it was delivered. Hopefully this review may inspire some confidence in those that are looking in to who Swiship are.

170 euros of delivery and time lost

170 euros of delivery and time lost, they said they delivered but its not true and no info about who when and how. I had to go ther police no choice. And no even sort our yet the issue, In a chat with amazon they said that is normal for them to put status deliveried even when its not. The face of the policeman was as shocked as mine and they are used to this. Never ever again Amazon my dear all

CORRIERI LADRI

Il corriere di Amazon ha consegnato oggi alle 13:48 il pacco manomesso (iphone15 rubato)e ho rifiutato la consegna perché si è rubato il contenuto. Ho segnalato al corriere all’istante il problema fotografando il pacco che non era conforme ed era vuoto all’interno. Il corriere si è prontamente scusato dicendo che non è stato lui a rubarlo, e io ho risposto che non ho mai detto una cosa del genere ma era evidente che nel pacco non c’era nulla.
Lui ha dichiarato che avrebbe scritto “consegna respinta per pacco manomesso o danneggiato”
Il problema che sul mio account risulta ancora in transito…. Ma in ritardo.
Ora dovranno spiegarmi cosa intendono fare con il mio acquisto rubato.
