£250 SSD never arrived
I tried for 3 weeks now to get my SSD which i paid for but Amazon keeps saying the carrier delivered it even though there was nobody at home to even recieve the package so i don't know what that was about.
Going by all the reviews on here, it seems my case is not an isolated incident and it both relieves and dismays me that this issue is as prevalent as it is.
Amazon customer support has been absolutely awful with handling this case and keep giving me canned responses. I'll keep trying to get my replacement or money back but as it is, I'm incredibly disappointed with my experience and would recommend anyone if given the option to opt out of shipping their items with this company.
Terrible service Amazon need to cut ties immediately
Terrible service Amazon need to sort a better courier ASAP. Package said delivered when hasn't been containing a TV. Even had been miss delivered there was no proof of delivery provided like a picture or name of who handed too. Having to now contact Amazon and chase the issue.
Horrible experience with this company
Horrible experience with this company. The courier had simply left my package on a Sunday afternoon to one of my hundreds neighbors. They don't specify who signed off though, so now I have to "hunt" my package at hundreds of flats my building has!
None of my floor neighbors seem to have it, which is highly frustrating! Nobody tried to at least call me...

It was marked as delivered to a neighbor but never specified the name or the apartment. It's 3 buildings on the same address.
When I questioned the seller for more information, the Swiship told me that they couldn't provide the name because of confidentiality.
It's just bad company, with bad practices. Very dishonest.
Dreadful couriers who have no respect for peoples goods.
My purchased goods were left on my doorstep at 5.21. The courier had no intention of giving me time to open the door and was back in his van and off before I reached it !
I object to my packages being left out side where they can get damaged or stolen. There was no attempt what so ever of leaving the goods in a safe place.

Delivery 19NOV23 19:20 Drivers Aid 945, I’ve put this in hoping that the thoughtless cretin that delivered my daughters iPhone case, recognises themself. My wife received a photo of our package in a blue recycling bin. The bin was one of a number placed outside our rear gate for morning collection, why they couldn’t have opened the gate and walked in is beyond us. Fortunately, due to an itinerary change, we were home but didn’t see the photo until 22:15. We didn’t find the package in the bin initially as the neighbour who owned the bin had added content and had tamped the bin to accept the additional refuse which included meat and chicken packaging. After dawning rubber gloves and emptying 50% of the bin content into a bin bag, we found our stained and bent package, thankfully the content was whole. Had we not been at home we would have had to ask a friend or neighbour to do this for us. Had we missed seeing the photo when we did, the new phone case would have ended up in the refuge truck. If this is the level of undignified respect this driver places on the property of others that they have responsible for, then their company needs to relieve them of that responsibility.
What a rubbish company
Twice they appear to have lost an Amazon shipment of a tablet if Amazon can’t do better than this they need to find another shipper.The tracking system needs an overhaul if this can happen twice in two days with the same item
Employees with an attitude problem
Delivery in cardboard box left out in heavy rain because the delivery driver could not be bothered to walk another 5 metres in leave in the dry porch at the front door. An employee with could not care less approach.

Appalling service waited in all day they said the attempt to deliver failed didn't give a reason , same today waited in all day they have said I rejected the parcel so it will be returning to the seller very very dodgy indeed seems like they are keeping these items for themselves these drivers disgusting service I'm fuming! 🙄 🤬🤬🤬🤬 probably keeping our items and selling them on been reading all the reviews which are more or less saying the same these people are scammers without a doubt! Ordered from petwellbeing and they use this courier. Item never arrived although it said delivered. Petwellbeing kindly sent a redelivery but the same thing happened, even though I was in all day to make sure I didn’t miss it. Scam company…..

Absolutely clueless
Absolutely clueless. Attempted delivery on a Sunday when nobody was there and then reported it as a 2nd delivery attempt and that they were awaiting instructions. The driver even called me and I said to try again in a week day so no idea why it's now on hold. Ridiculously awful.

Package never delivered
Placed an order on neewer.com and got a tracking number for delivery with swiship. Couldn’t track the number and in a couple of weeks I contacted customer service on neewer and they were able to investigate the case and told me that it was reported to them as delivered, but I never received the package. They sent me link with all tracking information and it shows in the report that it was delivered. Sooo disappointing and they don’t have a publicly accessible contact information for resolution.
