the only down side for me was that I am a manager for a large cleaning company and we have just started to use Astonish cleaning products, I could only order 12 bottles at a time. having 7 sites I may need to order more than once a month.

I stupidly ordered 2 Felco 2 service parts and blades, for which I sent an email after to ask them to amend.
They did so within a few hours and I was refunded for my mistake.
Parts arrived the next day, great service.

The service I received was very good and the staff were very helpful and polite. I received the item I saw on ebay.

My purchase arrived in good time and without any hassle (though I needed to undergo age verification at the door). My only (very minor) gripe is about the design of the knife, specifically the 'opening stud'. The knife opens much more easily (by one handed 'thumb opening') when the stud is taken out. I would have preferred a knife with no stud - and so no hole in the blade when it is removed.
