apparently my order was shipped with their "super saver" option which does not provide tracking of any sort and my order never arrived. It is now past the time frame specified so I did what it said on the site and contacted them via email hoping to get something sorted but i've still not had a reply, not even to acknowledge my query so i guess i will have to contact my bank for a chargeback.

Wrong order received and no reply from customer service
I ordered a camper ultra for my partner for their birthday, as they’re an avid camper. As it came earlier than expected I didn’t have the chance to check it within the given timeframe which might’ve been short but still I am aware that that was on me. On my partners birthday I noticed very quickly that the knife did not come with any of the ordered features. I had paid £50 for my order and noticed I was sent the regular, standard knife which was worth around £20. I thought it wouldn’t hurt to reach out to them anyways, especially considering the mistake was made on their part and the difference in worth seemed quite significant. I didn’t even expect much, but a reply would’ve been nice. I have contacted them more than 5 weeks ago now, and to this day have not received a reply. I do understand that I should’ve organized for someone else to check the delivery when I wasn’t available, but in the end I did not receive what I paid for and instead of just apologizing I was merely ignored. I wouldn’t order from this store again and to be honest I am just very disappointed.

Ordered a knife from them. I received a shipping notification but no delivery was received. I have emailed them numerous times and received no response. Appalling customer service and I will be contacting my credit card card to get them to pursue a refund.

I ordered a handyman Swiss knife but didn’t receive an acknowledgement email to confirm. I left it a few days to see if it was going to be delivered but when it didn’t I contacted customer services by phone. Steven was very helpful and asked if I’d had an error with paying. I said I initially had but then my Apple Pay went through. He thought this had been an error and it didn’t trigger an invoice. He said he would get the knife sent out that day and it arrived two days later.

Ordered three swiss army knives. Each one engraved. Delivery was very quick. Customer service excellent. The engraving was professionally finished. Would highly recommend

I wrongfully ordered a small spring for my SAK Scissors (not thinking there are different sizes). I had the part delivered and obviously it didn't fit. So I phoned swisstools and they were quick to help sort my problem out even though it was my fault. I am still waiting for the replacement part but the wrong part that I ordered seems of very high quality.

I recently picked up a Fieldmaster Swiss Army Knife from Swisstool, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The level of customisation on offer is genuinely impressive—being able to choose different coloured scales, add a sharpening stone, and even go for the “ultra” upgrade really made the difference.
