I bought some of the German deck pants for fishing. Excellent condition and price was fair.

I have been ordering with Swiss Link since early 2023. My first order was a Romanian Leaf Parka and some Swedish snow pants. They arrived in a timely fashion in good condition except for one issue, I had ordered a parka with a hood and recieved one without. No big deal, just emailed them to let them know what had happened and they instantly sent out another Parka with a hood in pristine condition at no extra charge, and I got to keep the no-hood parka as well. My second order I purchased some Austrian Apline Ranger Boots along with assorted other small things like mittens and a shirt. Everything arrived in fantastic condition, especially the boots. Now my 3rd order I just recieved today, some Swiss KS-90 GEN II boots, arrived in amazing condition, little to no scuffs, absolutely perfect soles. Essentially a brand new pair of full grain leather boots. Overall, they ship in a fair window, stuff arrives on time and in good condition. Absolutely no complaints, their rating on this site should be much higher than it is.

Ordered a gas can and received a receipt on the website but never received a confirmation email. I checked that the email I entered was correct and checked my spam folder, no email to be found. I checked the website again and was only able to find my receipt with no order status details. After a few more days the pending charge fell off my bank statement. I’ve tried calling multiple times only to go straight to voicemail. And my emails have gone unanswered. I was left with no choice but to order from a different website. Customer service is nonexistent if the company even exists anymore.

Do not use company, they seem like they're helpful but shipping issues they are not willing to work with you I would not recommend or use it again

I would use another company to a web search you'll find another military surplus online store easily

I ordered a pair of their Swiss KS90, Gen 1 combat boots, and I'm in love with them. It's my very first pait of boots, and I wear them every chance I get. And my experience with the company is great; my order was insured, and the only issue I had getting the item was due to the carrier, rather than the company itself. The boots were in good condition too, all I had to do was a bit of cleanup on them, and they were ready to wear. For the price and quality, I'll be happy to purchase from them again in the future.

Up above on the Trustpilot page, it mentions they may use unsupported review invitation methods. I don't know the details about that, but all I experienced when being asked for a review was an email with some links to do so. I was not offered any incentive or similar, if that's something that may worry you.

Have ordered several times. Always went well. One order was lost by FedEx, I contacted Swisslink and received a quick response from the owner. Replacement order shipped same day. Thumbs up.

Ordered two large shirts. I received two large shirts, one of them men's, the other women's. I don't recall if specifying sex was part of the ordering process. Not exactly what I'd hoped for. I kept the men's and made a gift of the other.

I’ve bought a few things from them over the time. I bought a Vegetato jacket, which, while awesome, had proved to be one of the most bizarre garments I’ve ever owned solely in the way it is cut. Bought some Swiss KS90-2 boots, also super good, very comfortable, except for the fact the tongues are crooked and I can’t get the dang things to be straight! None of this is fault of Swiss link, their free shipping policy is absolutely awesome, customer service is good, friendly, and generally speedy. Website is well sorted, and, there’s good variety of things.

Great Selection & Price, I'd just avoid anything marked as #2 Condition or Grade 2, as some of it is pretty thrashed. Will be shopping here again

I placed an order with Swiss Link and almost immediately they cancelled it. Eight days later the charge still shows as pending on my credit card. I have contacted them three times to get an explanation but they have not responded to my inquiries. I am not impressed with this company.
