Absolutely fantastic, I sent my mother’s vintage Longines to SwissMade in a bad state. The watch hadn’t worked for years, the crown was broken, and the old strap and clasp were in bits. I got a very reasonable quote for a new strap and full service shortly after posting it. Within 2 weeks, I received the watch, and it looked brand new. So happy to be able to wear it again!

I have an ebel wave watch 45 years old. And took in I for a service as had crack the face. Nervous to hand it off to a specialist and was very pleased with level of attention they gave the process. Had the right parts, and came back looking gleaming. Great communication throughout which was a plus - as don’t often get the great customer care with the old watch specialists!

I have visited this lovely company with several of my ebel watches over the years and they could not be more helpful (particularly Elizabeth) The service is quick and I am confident that they will always do a good job. I have also recommended them to friends of mine who were also very satisfied with their service. I would have no hesitation in recommending them indeed.

I have just collected my watch from Swissmade who have serviced my Baume & Mercier quartz watch. Even though I did not pay for the polish and cosmetic refersh (just a basic service and new crown) it has come back looking like new. I wasn't originally planning on using them but the company I first selected (see my other review!) damaged the case quite badly and I needed someone to quote to repair the damage. Swissmade took time to inspect the watch and quote for repair using B&M parts. I was really imprfessed with the care they put into my watch even though it was not certain they would get any busienss from me. The other compnay eventually repaired the damage at which point I got Swissmade to carry out the service, which I am very pleased with. The turnaround time was about 6 weeks (parts they needed were not in stock) and the service and new crown cost £415 which is not cheap but I feel is reasonable value. The watch was returned with a 12 month warranty. I will use them again.

Update: a year on and the watch is still keeping perfect time and has been 100% reliable.

Had my watch for over 5 months, taken a payment to service it and now refuse to communicate with me.
I suspect a scam is occurring!!

They've had my watch since the 2nd June. Keep moving the goal posts - 4 weeks, 14 weeks. No updates unless you chase.
