Having worn my Rolex datejust daily for 25 odd years the gold and steel oyster bracelet was badly stretched and worn .
Martins did an amazing repair job on each link and for less than 1/3 the price of an exchange …and I’ve kept the sentimental original .
I didn’t trust deliveries where I live so went to the shop in Crawley . It was great to see that such craftsmanship still exists .

Martin did a superb job of repinning and weldind a very stretched Rolex jubilee bracelat turn around was under a week and Martin called to explain the process. I was a little nervous posting a Rolex bracelet to an unknown address but needn’t have worried. Fabulous service thanks Martin

I have contacted Swiss Refurb to fix my jubilee bracelet.
Martins was very helpful in describing the whole process from A to Z.
I arranged to deliver (I’m EU resident) the bracelet and after few days it was ready. Very quick turnaround and top service for a reasonable price.

All great: quality of the repair, communication, speed and price.

I bought a 25 year old women’s date just to Martins, it had been stretched through damage and every jeweller told me it would have to have a new bracelet. It was a sentimental watch so I wanted to keep all parts of it. The whole process martins has been brilliant, regular updates, clear photos. I cannot recommend his services more.
