One of their vans (Sprinter) being driven very dangerous near Rotherham town centre at approx 5.30pm on 17/11/25, nearly caused several collisions, overtaking, in wrong lane etc, reg n.o KR25 LPJ

Absolute scammers...avoid at all cost.
The insurance company arranged the hire car after a non fault accident.
Nine months after the car was returned we have received a bill for £120 without any explanation and have been threatened with escalation to debt collectors if we don't pay. Zero communication since the car was returned. Scumbags !

Don't know what going on with this company but got tv and sofa that's broken and can't get hold off no one tried for weeks so direct debit been cancelled

Been with these for 3 years rang to say my washing broke the response was pay your arrears then we will deal with I was w weeks behind
I'm paying for a washing machine that doesn't work properly it leaks and f.uck am I paying arrears
Paying for a TV I've probably paid 5 times over
My biggest regret is using these but at that time no option save and buy these are jomers

What's going on with this company?? They are not picking up the phones or replying to emails 4 weeks I've been trying to get in touch as no longer need the item

Avoid these at all costs, i'm out of contract and they refuse to cancel the agreement saying i owe the £3.00 a huge sum huh?
despite me checking bank records and proving i owe them nothing they continue to call me, my bank a liar.
I asked them to cancel and collect the item they refused and have now threatened me with debt collectors.
You can't contact them on the phone as number is invalid and they are ignoring emails too, i think they are going out of business as their website hasn't been updated for over a year either.

Absolute nightmare of a company, telling you that if you are struggling due to cost of living then they do their best to help I got behind with 2 weeks payments , rang them and told them I couldn't afford the items any more and could they please come and collect. They said I had to keep paying for the items and the arrears too until the arrears were payed off They certainly don't care about helping you. If you suffer with mental health this company will certainly make it worse. Constant phone calls , emails and texts , harassment is definitely what they do. I wouldn't bother if I were you

Rang them few months ago as washing machine was leaking water out of waste pipe was told to repair my self rang again yesterday to tell them washing machine is not spinning, said they will get back to me in today and nothing what a dam joke, don't bother with them useless

Avoid they blow up your phone saying u missed a payment send u a link to say how much to pay I sent proof via my bank and then they say oh Yeay they sent me a statement saying I missed £101 then as again I sent them a proof suddenly the dates changed on the statement, so I payed i

i asked them for a link once because it was a bank holiday and I just knew they be bothering me again they sent the link and I emailed to say has it gone though and she said yes it’s gone though two weeks later the same person said the payment hasn’t gone though and that I’m now in arrears I contacted my bank via chat and screen shot the convo and they confirmed I payed it she then said oh yes I remember now 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ how many people would just go and pay again utter joke of a company

I have been with the company for a few years and am have always been really pleased with their efficiency.
Customer service is fab as always, really helpful.
The delivery drivers are awesome too.
I had a leak with my washing machine and they came out straight away. Had a replacement on the van just incase but managed to repair the washing machine.
Highly recommended!

Not a serious company , ive placed an order for almost 2 months , when the order came theyre driver went to a different adress cross the road from me he called me very rude on the phone saying where are you that hes not waiting that hes outside speaking very rude ro me but infact he was at a different house .after he left i called reception they said to reorder again leaving my with order cancelled on their dashboard i called to see whats happening they said to re apply for the order same showing order ok my dashboard as cancelled , thy took money put of my account twice without returning it . Ive called theyre reception several times they promise to call back with problem solved and never call back leaving me waiting for nothing, everytime i try chasing them up theyre lieing they will solve out their dashboard.completely time waisters unexperience staff , rude driver , and bad service .

Very unprofessional from day one!
Application successfully made, 1st payment was made and delivery date given, booked a day off work to be there for delivery at a cost of £175 to myself, the item didn’t turn up so contacted switch to be told my application had been cancelled, and they didn’t even have the decency to let me know just left me sat there waiting, currently a customer but not for long. Seriously avoid!

Speedy delivery of a brand new washer. Easy collection of payment every week. Really good company and quick and easy service and saved me having a mountain of washing to do in the sink. Thank you.
