I have had a number of bags from Swolit and I have never been disappointed. My last bag was a Navy bag but its so dark it appears black BUT I'm keeping it as it is excellent quality for the price.
Very easy to order. I had a bit of a problem, I emailed swolit who replied within a very short time, offered me a replacement straight away, kept me updated with delivery. Item received was lovely... Ver más

Returns policy needs work
I ordered a bag which was unsuitable and had to be returned.
I telephoned for a returns label a few times nothing came.i decided to pay postage myself and managed to get there address online. This was delivered by royal mail on 23rd Dec and signed for.I have the receipt of postage.
NO REFUND HAS APPEARED.Like a previous customer you have no way of getting any response.I will steer well clear in future

Lovely people, goods not always correct.
Goods are delivered quickly but sadly substitutes are made with out notification and they’re not appropriate if original orders are out of stock.
