I ordered a band then read the reviews and wished that I hadn't. It said I could cancel if I contacted within 3 hours which I did. To be honest I didn't hold out much hope of a refund, especially when I got an email saying it had been despatched. However, when I emailed again I was assured that the refund was coming and that was just an automatic email. I was still a bit worried my refund wouldn't arrive but it has. Despite the poor reviews I cannot fault the customer service which is excellent.

Took almost 3 weeks to arrive. When the product arrived it was underwhelming. Uncomfortable. I can't even imagine sleeping in it It would hurt my ears and the forehead piece left a mark after wearing it for 5 minutes I don't have a big head It wasn't tight it's very uncomfortable. It says to wash it to take the piece out from the forehead. you can't get it out It doesn't come out without ripping it. This product is terrible and if I could give it zero stars I would. I'm in the process of requesting a refund So we'll see how customer service is. Don't waste your money.

Horrible customer service. Product arrived far later than expected for the holidays and in damaged, cheap packaging. Now they want me to pay to ship them to Australia for a return which will cost more than the bands. Complete scam. Do not purchase from this company!

Headband is too big for small heads, and the volume level and quality is terrible. Would not recommend.

I must say their customer service is 5 stars, they helped me very fast and without any fuss. I would recommend this company

Charger broke a little over a month in. Company refused to replace after 30 days post delivery. Do not recommend

I can't get it to connect to my phone .I've tried everything. It's flashing red and blue so it is in pairing mode but not showing up on my phone as an option. No good..waste of money not working and sooo thin

I purchased the Black and Grey Headphones with the expectation that they’d last, but they broke within a year. I followed every troubleshooting step the company suggested (different adapters, charging cords, checking for indicator lights) – all to no avail. When I reached out, I was told I was out of the six-month warranty window, so they refused a replacement, offering only a small discount.

I feel let down by both the product’s quality and the customer service I received. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing if you expect any long-term reliability.

Low quality, thin, not noise cancelling. Over priced, worth 10 quid at very most, not as comfortable as promised or described.
