Would be nice to have a warning in red somewhere in the instructions. “Screws should be flush with material. Once flush do not tighten or it will damage the material.”

One of the welds broke off from the upper frame, and customer service decided to replace the unit.

Great product and good quality equipment. However, in my own personal experience attempting to call the number to have someone assist me was very difficult as I wasn’t able to get through to anybody over the phone after being put on hold. But once I had tried texting for some assistance I was able to get the assistance I needed and they were very helpful!

I noticed some things were off on our order—particularly a dumbbell rack that was very overdue on arrival.

Then, after checking my account to add some more goodies, I noticed a sale on recently purchased products we had ordered at full price.

Katelyn was a pro.

She ordered a new rack unit, refunded the difference, made a nice suggestion on a shorter and lighter barbell and did it all in minutes.

We are not the only Synergee client.

But Katelyn and her team sure made us feel like it.

Because of this stellar service, the refunded discount went right back into more Synergee goodies.

Synergee got to the bottom of why my order hadn't arrived after 5 weeks - it was a Canada Post issue . I really appreciate Synergee's professionalism and promptness in handling my problem. May I add that the skipping rope I ordered from them is of very high quality, and that even double unders are easier now! 5 stars for customer service and for quality of product to this company.
