Prompt attention from salesperson when we entered the store. Great help sourcing what we were looking for.

I was less than comfortable using the AI “sales person”, but it worked well. The grill I requested came as advertised.

I had T/A setup and deliver the grill and take the old one away. Delivery was on time, the driver & assistant were friendly and efficient and the grill is better than anticipated.

This is the 3rd Broil King grill I have purchased from T/A Appliance and can’t see myself shopping anywhere else.

Light not very bright; I like 1, 2, 3 minute auto button, however if I want less than a minute I have to hit Time Cook, sometimes irritating as I have to cancel & restart; no reheat button.
Otherwise doing what I need it to do.

Everything went wrong, from waiting 7 weeks for a bbq, to find out it was never ordered. Had to chase and chase the sales associate, as he thought deal was done so moved on and never once did he check on the order status without me calling in. Even then i would have to wait cause all he would do is email.

The after sale service was not good. The cover took forever to come in and I was never called. Had to go in several times and still go back to where house to pick up. Paid for my bbq to be put together and they did not remove all the plastic now it is burned onto the bbq and I was basically told this is my problem. call broilking or try googone. Not great service for a 1800 dollar bbq. Salesman could hardly give me the time of day. Thanks Michael

Andre LaPointe made our experience very positive. He was knowledgeable about the BBQ's we were looking at and was able to match our needs to the perfect grill. Andre was able to provide some accessories that we had not even thought of and made my husband a happy man!

We were not happy with our delivery - the kit to stack our washer and dryer was forgotten and we ended up having to leave them unstacked. The free salt and pepper I was to receive was also forgotten and then you were out of them. I had to spend a ton of time sorting all this out - we felt like our business didn’t matter or was u appreciated.
I found out after the fact that all the many things you charge for are cheaper or non-existent elsewhere and your prices are much higher. We won’t be back.

The hood that we purchased was incorrect and had to be replaced with another model that we have been waiting for. Little information has been given out and Allison has not been helpful. The oven that we purchased with our first order is defective and we cannot get it replaced either through Bosch and have no help from Allison as well. I do not suggest ever buying from this store. Very disappointed with them all around.

Love the new appliance. The installation was great.

Not happy with My 1800.00 purchase. Already talked to the store. The wire connection for the rotisserie is round stake on. The battery operated firing module only has spade stake ons?? Was told to push a round connector on a rectangle spade connector!!! This is not right. For the price we’re paying get your build team to install correct connectors.
