I didn't do much research before I went to TA Appliances to get my induction range. Jesse Connell was amazing. He showed me all of my options and compared all the different features on the different models. This made me very confident in picking out the right make and model for myself. I truly appreciated his knowledge and the time he took to help me make my decision.

Family business since the 1990s with excellent service and affordable prices
Irina Vilciu, the company's representative, was amazing! She was so knowledgeable about all the company's products, especially the Cuisinart electric kettles. She explained the return policy and went over the differences between the models. No sales pressure, just common sense information. I'd never heard of the company or done business with them, but interacting with Irina and her honest and impartial assessment of the model I wanted was enough for me to place the order with her. I appreciated her patience and understanding when I had difficulty putting in my credit information, and with her help, everything worked out well. The company is a family business, which I liked, and their prices were the most favourable. Yes, I would do business with them again if the price was right.

Poor quality safety pins
There is some plastic pins that hold the side trays up on the barbecue, every time we remove them they break. Must be cheap or the wrong kind of plastic used.

Friendly, helpful service
I was happy that the gentleman asked if we needed help and when we said we were ok, he left us to look around. When we wanted his help he was on his way. He also gave us the specs and how to install without being prompted.
