Ordered two identical pairs of table tennis shoes for my son on june 26th so he could receive them a gifts for his birthday July 10th.
As I didn't see any confirmation of the order come in, I contacted the store by mail June 30th and was promised my order would be shipped July 2nd in the response. Due to the heatwave orders were delayed.

On July 3rd I had not received conformation my order had been shipped (or why there was a further delay) so I mailed again. On July 7th I got a reply that the delay was attributed to the supplier, that shoes were in and ready to be either sent as originally intended or receiving them in person as a representative would be at the club my son and dad are members at July 9th.
Chose to have them sent.
Received shipping information with track and trace code soon after that. The shoes were delivered in excellent condition the 9th, just in time for my son's birthday ...

If they would have said the did not have the shoes in stock or that heatwave was the reason for the delay and that the order therefor could no be processed right away, I would have added the fifth star to this review. Now four stars - still very good - is what I rate the store. Will write this up a a communication glitch. Will definitely buy again at this store.

Levering heeft meer dan 6 weken geduurd. Terwijl op de site levertijd van 6 tot 7 werkdagen staat. Verder slechte tot geen communicatie over het hoe en waarom van de vertraging

Het duurde best lang om de artikelen te krijgen. meer dan 3 weken moet je wachten. op een andere wacht ik nog steeds. Blijkbaar worden spullen verkocht die ze nog moeten bestellen.

Takes a while for orders to arrive, but customer support is very quick and responsive. One item was missing in my order, i contacted the customer support and the missing item arrived in a very short time.

Petit souci de stock et un léger défaut de montage, mais le vendeur a été réactif et a corrigé la situation rapidement. Livraison FedEx rapide et matériel conforme.
En revanche, un sac annoncé en stock ne l’était finalement plus, et on m’a d’abord proposé deux alternatives plus chères avant de revenir sur cette proposition et de confirmer que ma commande initiale serait honorée, avec un délai plus long que prévu.
Une expérience globalement positive, mais ce point sur le stock et la gestion du sac mérite d’être amélioré.

I ordered a complete bat new rubbers on it. Didnt get a confirmation. I contacted the company and they had everything in stock so my order was made and send asap. Good communication and excellent service.
