Very good price compared to other online ping pong stores and the customer service is really amazing!

I have placed more than one order over the past few months , great choice and very competitive prices.
Excellent customer service being kept up to date with delivery etc.

I got my last order sent though FedEx within 5 days.

Overall good service but the uk delivery time was very very long, luckily I was in no rush.

Er was een artikel niet op voorraad, maar dat werd me gemeld en de rest werd verzonden.

Goed verpakt, pakje paste door de brievenbus. Alles prima, ga zo door.

Kwalitatief goede producten en deskundig. Had schoenen besteld van een voor Sporteurope afwijkend merk maar kon ze mooi ruilen voor beter passend model van Andro. De oplossingsgerichtheid in deze en andere situaties waardeer ik zeer.

Good products at little cheaper price compared to UK websites and bit better choice.
Only issue is that it takes nearly 4 weeks for the products to be delivered!

Very good web site, easy to use, they updated me on the progress of the shipping and delivery date.

I have placed my order in the evening of the 15th and, since some items were not available in stock, have waited ONLY a few days before Fedex delivered the package this morning (23rd).
Not mentionning the fact that Tabletennisstore.eu have been very reactive as I asked if I could add some forgotten articles, they agreed without any additionnal delivery fee.
I can only warmly recommand this store, and a very special thank to Jeroen, always present and comprehensive !!!!

I put a large order for $287, with multiple items.
After over a month they sent me a partial shipment.
I e-mailed them several times asking when the rest of the order will be fulfilled. They don't respond to my e-mails. It's already over 2 months since I ordered. Feels like deliberate strategy to take advantage of naive customers.
Horrible experience. Do not buy from this seller!

Edit: Oct 16, 2025 - after I got the response here from the seller (see the response below), I contacted them via e-mail. They responded to my e-mail and sent me the rubber, which was still missing from my previous order. Therefore I can now confirm, this is a legit business, not a scam. Perhaps they got their customer service issues resolved, as my recent experience was very good (other than extra week or so it takes to wait for the order, since their inventory is limited and they need to get it from their suppliers).

The original order still took months to fulfill, but eventually I got all my items, so I am upgrading my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

I ordered a return board from this company but they then went to the supplier to find out if it was in stock. It wasn't so they refunded me the amount. It took a month for the refund to come through. The problem is that they ignore emails but if you phone them they will speak to you. I ordered some other stuff and they reassured me that it was on the way. That was over a week ago. Holland isn't that far away, is it? This company needs to communicate more with customers in order to ensure their loyalty. I think that they probably have one person running the entire enterprise and he probably doesn't have enough time to deal with all the stuff that's coming through. Please communicate with your customers properly or more of these negative reviews will inevitably appear with obvious outcomes. After almost 8 weeks the 2nd part of my order still hasn't appeared. I disputed the payment with my bank and they have now made a repayment of the 2nd amount, smaller than the first. If you are considering using this company, please remember to get that barge pole out!

Got initial order item, but needed different size. Returned original but item got delayed from supplier. Tried to write them emails about my order and even at their website messaging, there is no answer, they just ignore you!! 1,5 months later there is no item and moneys gone. Horrible customer support.

Ordered a blade and rubber on 19th October, neither was in stock so needed to be ordered from suppliers. I knew this before I ordered and was fully prepared to wait.
I emailed after about a month to check on the progress and received a reply in under an hour to say they should be sent the following week. The following week I received another email to say the wrong rubber had been sent by the supplier and did I want that one or did I want them to order the correct one, I asked them to re-order. After another week I received an email to say the parcel was sent and it arrived a few days later.

It took just over 6 weeks from ordering to delivery but I knew it wouldn’t be quick and I had no problems with contacting them

Appears to be a scam company. Placed order and payment taken but no response to follow ups due to non delivery. Requested refund through Paypal.
I can see you have responded after 10 months. I only received the order after I requested a refund through Paypal. This appeared to jolt you into action.

No response from shop. Placed an order, paid, get first (probably automatic) email confirmation. After one week I tried to contact shop on the current status of my order by email. No response. Filled in contact form on site, no response as well.

Order placed on april 20. An item was not in stock, but they told me by email, before placing order, that they would get within 3 days. They also confirmed that they would stick rubbers on the bought wood.
I received order 5 weeks after, no rubbers stuck...
Very bad company, mails sent to know were order was, no answer. I called around 4 times with confirmation that parcel was going to be shipped next day and left 8 days after.
If you look for serious store, then don't order here.
