Not a good experience, long delay and poor packaging.

I’ve had good experiences with them in the past, and used them again because of that and because they offer competitive pricing.

However, this time there was a week and a half wait before my order was even processed, after which four of the cards I’d order were refunded due to not actually being in stock. A few days later when I actually received the order, the cards were just loose in an envelope and 2 had been substituted for versions I hadn’t ordered. I wouldn’t usually mind a substitution, but I would have appreciated being asked first especially when the art or the border is not the same.

After this I don’t think I’d use them again, shipping them loose was enough for me to decide that, it’s not a good way to package cards. Although, it doesn’t appear to matter since the website is now closed.

They had the cards I needed

They had the cards I needed, when other sites didn't.

But unfortunately I haven't received them after a week and have received no follow up email about dispatch.

I have emailed both them and the geeks (as suggested) but have not yet had a return email.

I would love to give them 5 stars and most likely will be able to change it once I receive some correspondence.

Cards sent for credit order; no response

Sent a card order to them for credit, just before the last lockdown in November 2020. Wasn't expecting them to take as long as it has been (as of end of June 2021, no reply, or credit given), but after several e-mails to them regarding either the loss of cards, or and update from them, I have received nothing back from them.
Their level of customer service is appalling, as whether lockdown is happening or not, it takes two minutes to send an e-mail back regarding issues. I have since found other sites to use instead of using this one.

Card singles arrive bent, no response

Card singles shipped without any protection, arrive severely bent.

Multiple emails and contact via web-form on the website over the last 2 and a half weeks without a response.

Late/terrible customer service

Had to chase them down for my order and never got a response past the first "I'll get back to you." Then day before it's delivered I get half my order refunded and I find in its place two random booster packs, one of which isn't even for the game I ordered!! I'd give 0 stars if it were an option

It has been almost a month and I have yet to receive an email to confirm shipment, nor the item itself. I have sent several emails with no reply to any of them other than an automated system, the phone contact number also has an automated response denying contact other than through the unresponsive email address.

Simply Awful.

This is my first order, and I will *not* order again.

I ordered 6 near mint cards.

The order took several days to be picked, and the postmark showed it was not posted until the day after I received an email to tell me it had been.

One of the 6 cards was marred with a permanent marker scrawl (signature?) across the centre of the card. I sent an email to inform the company of this, and after 7 days I have heard nothing aside from the automated "thank you" email.

Save your time. Save your money. Buy elsewhere.

Sorry about that and apologies for the late reply. Thanks to COVID staffing limitations and a shop refit we are very low on staff.

The buyer purchased on the 6th of June and his order shipped on the 9th. Usually, we ship in 1-2 working days, but due to COVID, it is now 2-4 working days.

As per our grading page some cards, although rare have artist signatures.

Cards took longer than expected even after allowing for impact of Covid 19 and a specified card showing as in stock when ordered was subsequently said to be out of stock additionally 10 random rare cards were not provided. Having said that refund was given proactively and promptly. Happy with cards received.

Quick delivery, good cards, minimal issues

Got fast delivery

Got fast delivery, only issue was the order was short, so reported it to tabletopcards, had no response from them as yet(2 day ago). They have a good selection of cards and web page is easy to use, but now way to filter show only in stock. I would have given 5* if not for the above.

While I did get my order through the mail, it was pretty poor how the cards themselves didn't look protected and the fact that one of the cards i ordered had to be refunded so I never got exactly what I ordered
