Iteams were damaged and ive contacted to get replacements and ive been told I can't return as there opened.

I followed all instructions however as soon as I tried to collapse swing both brackets broke the bolts sheared off the hinges now totally unusable

I placed an order for some toys on the Thursday morning and they arrived just over 24 hours later on the Friday, and that was without paying for express shipping. The website was easy to use and the toys were exactly as described and at a bargain price compared to other websites.

Fast, efficient delivery. Would have given 5 stars except for outer box packaging squashed in transit so toy box inside was damaged as well. As it’s a present would have looked better if box not damaged.
Maybe more protective packaging.

Item never arrived even though I paid for next day delivery. 4 days later found out the item was being returned to BargainMax, leaving me without a birthday present for a party. I got a refund, but the company was totally unreliable.

Was offered a discount code, which didn’t work, after several emails and phone calls, I was told it couldn’t be used as my item was on promotion (this was not made clear to start with). I ordered the item (girls bike) and when it arrived, the box was severely battered and taped back together by the courier, and half the bolts were missing!

The price was very good and delivery was quick. I also enquired about a new customer code that didn’t appear as expected and the customer services response was very good and a refund was applied.
Unfortunately when the bike arrived it was the wrong size and it turned out that it was due to a mistake in their systems and they didn’t have the smaller size. This was very disappointing for my granddaughter as it meant we had to return the bike for refund and have then had to pay more to buy elsewhere but it’s one of those things that happen sometimes I suppose and the customer service staff member was very good in sorting everything out.

First time using Bargainmax and they did not disappoint! Easiest transaction, delivered in great time. Will definitely use again 5*
