What a bizarre review?! Let me explain...
Firstly, we tried to contact you several times via the contact number you provided at checkout. This is obviously wrong.
Secondly, when we did actually speak to you via you ringing us 2 days after you received your 'broken' items we asked for proof via a photo to which you responded by putting the phone down?!
If you wanted this resolving why did you not contact us so that we could see the broken items and send replacements?
Things do sometimes get damaged in transit and we will always replace them where this occurs.
This can be resolved very easily today if you forward on the photos of the damaged items.
We look forward to your response or call.

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service.
I ordered online and sadly one of my items wasn't in stock once the order went through and the shop phone me straight away offering me as many options as possible and I was externally happy with the outcome will 1000% be using the guys again.

Pleasant enough to talk to but been told twice my delivery will be with me Friday and still waiting, item ordered 17th expected delay but not this long a delay parcel force only received parcel yesterday according to tracking and this seems it was only due to me asking when my order was been delivered after already been told Wednesday by tackle addicts it would be with me Friday heard nothing Friday so messaged them again to be told it's with parcel force be with you today so I asked for tracking info and checked parcel force tracking they only received the parcel that day so how was it going to get to me the same day ,,got told it's been put on 24hr delivery service Saturday here I am still no order because parcel force don't deliver Saturdays unless the person sending parcel asked for delivery Saturdays n obviously these haven't as my order is still with parcel force not even out for delivery yet ordered bits from elsewhr after ordering this item and got them delivered to me no problems ,, if thrs going to be delays in deliveries a courtesy message wouldn't o hurt think the delivery service needs to be reviewed
