Great service, great communication.
Only quibble was the website didn’t state that the item was currently unavailable at time of purchase. When I purchased it and phoned up they politely informed me the item wouldn’t be in until he following week or two. Which hasn’t been an issue but would of liked to of been informed when purchasing.
Other than that a very great company to purchase from will great competitive prices.

In multiple places on the product page the website displayed that the HIK Micro Alpex A50 was a pre-order item, with stock due in September.
We apologise if this was not displayed clearly enough.
Great solid torch.
Really solid and very bright. Not sure how longl it will work at full brightness.
It has a very sturdy belt holder which is a bit over the top for everyday use but it also has a clip.
Expensive but good.

Apologies for this, sometimes human error means that we incorrectly enter stock levels after a stocktake, this is a very rare occasion but ofcourse these things can happen. I can see that your order was cancelled and refunded within a couple of hours from when you placed the order. A discount code for a future order of an alternative light was offered by a member of our team in reflection of any inconveniences this may have caused.
