The restaurant and toilets are filthy, no wonder we were the only customers in there. Placed order at self service machine before realising how dirty all the tables, drinks station and counter were, we didn't eat in! Food ok, service average, but I don't think we have had enough vaccines to eat there again 🤮

visited the branch for food after ordering on their joke of an app. it repeatedly kicked me out about 20 times stating that my device was rooted which was not true and was impossible to add any vouchers in the app to our order

upon collection, the sauce on the nachos was just dumped in one corner of the container, burrito had barely any filling in it at all and was basically just a rolled up tortilla and crunch wrap filling was 48% sauce and 48% lettuce with an incredibly pathetic amount of meat contrary to what they show on their instore menu and every bite was just a mouthful of sauce

the toilet was absolutely disgusting

after contacting customer service i just got a generic response that if i provided my receipt number, date of visit, time of visit, products ordered, number of people in party, shoe size etc......they would retrain staff - i countered this arguing all this info was completely irrelevant and takes very little training to clean a toilet and asked them how they justify showing menu items pack with filling when the reality is you get very, very little.......they just regurgitated the same thing again and at this stage i could no longer be bothered to respond. frankly, if they cant get these basic things right then it makes no difference to me anyway anymore because i have absolutely no intention of using them again

Yesterday I had my first experience and I was a disappointed, overall rating for the meal and service received was 5/10 a beef Taco with 90% lettuce, I had to search for the beef 🤷‍♂️ I waited 15 mins for three meals paid for to be given one , more attention needed.

I paid for the order after which, because of terminal error, I did not receive the order. I had to pay again. I didn't receive a refund for 2 months although I was assured by the restaurant's stuff that it would take a week. No contact whatsoever with taco bell uk. A ghost company.

I orderd online but have used mostly Wood Green. It s much cheaper than other tex mex places and fast food. Byt 100 p cebt better than Mcdonalds who let me down anytime I ordered. Taco bell comes fresh hot with spicy but just right. The cravings are perfect or stimes add a basic burrito too. What more can you ask for.

Went for first time ever to Taco Bell. Half the order was missing, no contact details to phone up so used on line portal to complain, no response no chance of speaking to a human being. Only going to be ripped off once, pity as it could have been a regular place for us, but treat customers badly and they won’t be back. Now I know why the car park is empty most of the time

The food is amazing, but the people who work there are rude and unwelcoming. The food is so nice it’s just annoying that the people who work there aren’t. They treat customers like a burden.

The Maidstone branch talk about useless I stood There the first time 5 minutes the server didn't no what he was doing the had to call a manager I couldn't change in the free offers then I tried to redeem my points then 10 Minutes later still nothing so I walked out the buck lies with the training and.The management you should close the branch down I have used a few of your branches but that one took the biscuit for waiting time I am disabled so I don't wish to wait and wait I doubt they will care at head office

Asked them to remake my food as it wasn't cooked through and the guy questioned it and made it again reluctantly. On top of that you have to wait 20 minutes for your food because the place is packed with justeat/deliveroo guys on bike pushing and shove to get their food. Open another kitchen to serve them as you cant even handle the normal takeaway orders. Absolute joke.

The chips were lukewarm and looked like someone had just tipped them upside down in the bag, the tacos were flat like someone had stepped on them, and full of grease and the burritos would please a veggie there was that little meat in them!! Aside from the food, there was bored staff that made me feel like i was imposing, and as for getting a thanks and goodbye from them, well that wasn't happening! So disappointing.

They replied with a message that is locked with a password.
Contacted them, no reply.
Tried to reset the password and it is broken.

Treating customers with contempt.

Ordered and waited nearly half hour for a burrito and nachos. When it was ready the staff member just threw the bag at me without even a sorry. I got 5 nachos in the bag and a terrible burrito. I have been to many Taco Bell around the UK and this one is a joke. I have complained to customer services who also cant be bothered to respond. If you want Taco Bell then goto another one and avoid this branch.

They grill the burritos so you can't open them and add more sauce. They took the burrito supreme off the menu. Everything is just smaller and not as good. I need to start telling them to stop grilling the damn things shut.

Very poor service we attended the spalding branch for a friends birthday and the food was late out, small portions and to top it all off we got a £100 parking fine because we were a customer longer than they supposedly want very very poor

I have visited many taco bells in the past and never had any issues, but today visit was a different story! Visited taco bells on Grainger Street Newcastle omg the service and food was awful we waited 26 minutes for our food when it eventually came it was cold and tasteless. Please avoid the restaurant.

I’m currently sitting in Taco Bell Next to Victoria centre and it’s the greatest food I’ve ever got from here the customer service is amazing Taco Bell is my fave

Victoria centre branch Nottingham. Staff were horrendous, swearing and shouting at homeless people and then laughing/ swearing amongst themselves all while getting my order wrong no customer service skills whatsoever, poor hygiene and confrontational staff. Manager was just as bad no care for customers in the branch at all, ordered a drink and dip with my order and they forgot to give me both and then when I asked for the cheese dip they initially forgot they gave me sour cream honestly was a painful experience. Too busy treating it like a social club than a job

Really nice food couldn't believe seeing some of these reviews. Nicest takeaway I've had in the uk. The fries with sour cream cheese and beef burrito with chicken was lovely dont listen to the negative reviews try it for yourself you'll love it
