Pretty Good!! Seemed to take a while to get here in London but..... I like them

I’ve used this site and another before. I am generally always pleased. I use the variation where I am “measuring the garment” and this allows me to “clone” jeans I like. I’ve had positive results. Sometimes I have to make little tweaks to my measurements but overall I WILL continue to buy jeans this way!

A total unwillingness to satisfy me and keep me as a customer

These jeans are in no way tailored to the measurements I sent in. They fit like MC Hammer pants. How could these be so far off from the measurements I sent? I've had better fits from off-the-shelf Levis.

I want to repeat. The sizing wasn't just a little bit off. The sizing is way, way, way off.

And no returns. Great.

I sent the measurements as requested. The calves, ankles and knees were so tight, I could barely get them on. Then I couldn't get them over my heel to take them off. No human being could wear these jeans. Make some allowances for normal body parts (feet, heels, knees) or take more measurements.

My daughter is 4’11” and 80 lbs. At that size it is almost impossible to find any pants to fit her at a retail store. My mother is a seamstress but she is 80 and unable to do it anymore. She helped me make sure I did the measures correctly as you asked. The jeans arrived and were a Xmas gift. Xmas day came and she tried them on but were too big everywhere. Though not in a large way but they don’t fit snug as the picture of the ones she picked online. I know we can’t return them due to them being custom but you need to know that somewhere measurements and what you make are different than what you show. Now, she can wear a belt and keep the jeans up so she will wear them. We have reached the new problem, after the first wash one of the rivets on the coin pocket came off. I made sure to wash it by itself the first time as to not let the color bleed onto other clothes. When I pulled the jeans out I heard a metal on metal sound. I found the outside part of the rivet in the bottom of the washer. The inside part is still on the jeans. I tried to find on your website to talked to you about this but unable to find a way to do it. I decided that a review might get your attention and something can be done to fix this issue.

Customer service and feedback were awesome. The jeans quality came out absolutely fantastic, i ordered 2 pairs. My only complaint is that measuring the outseam was difficult because of the instructional video. I measured the true overall length from the outer edge and my jeans came out slightly short. If they could measure from the true outside length or be more "detailed" on the outseam measurement, that would be fantastic. Overall a great company and great service

First order, jeans fit perfect to tight around the waist.
Second order, added two inches to waist, perfect fit.
Will definitely order in the future.

Terrible Fit, not true to my measurements, button fly IMPOSSIBLE to get in and out of!

My grown son is impossible to fit. He is a pencil. Tall and very thin. You were a Hail Mary, and they fit! Thank you so much. I'll be purchasing more jeans for him.

I ordered first pair about in january, it was great then I ordered another pair in march, with different fit and rise level,
that pair had issues, specially in thighs, i complained on their customer care, they listened and discussed the issue, they explained why this has issues, as i selected different rise level which made the jeans bit sloggy and when I was putting it, I was pulling up then my selected rise level, causing it to become tight in thighs, they explained every bit and offered me a remake, even though it wasn't their mistake,

based on discussion and feedbacks, they adjusted new fit as per my likings and remade new jeans and sent me free of cost in about 2 -3 week, new pair was perfectly as I imagined, they went extra mile to make it sure it was made perfectly as I wanted it to fit me, a perfect flare jeans with medium low waist which are slim from thighs and hips, and works perfectly for everyday use. I totally recommend Tailored Jeans

I would love to write this review, I got my signature jacket last week, and I am already loving it, the workmanship is precise and fitting is perfect, I have ordered another pair of jeans matching with my jacket in same RAW Selvedge denim, the denim is of high quality and I am sure it was value of money as I have seen such quality denim selling in stores for 10x price then I paid. I recommend Tailored Jeans.

I ordered tailored jeans from this website. The delivery took longer than expected, (6+ weeks). The tops of the jeans were tailored pretty well, if a little tight. One complaint is that the calves did not taper in at all, despite me providing calve measurements.

The worst part, was the smell. When the jeans arrived, they smelled like a strong mixture of chemicals, fragrance, and body odour. I washed them multiple times, even with bleach. The smell remained. I left them outside for months, the smell remained. I dry cleaned them, the smell was less apparent, but still too strong to wear.

I can't really recommend ordering from this site. If it wasn't for the smell, it might be possible to get the fit right after a couple orders; But the smell is just a dealbreaker.

After the reply below, just because they "can't find in in their system" doesn't mean it didn't happen. I still have the order confirmation emails in my archive. It is possible they are being honest, and just disorganized. Either way, it's not good.

For additional information, the fabric I ordered was SL802-HB, I'm not sure if this is the only fabric that smells really bad, or if they are all like that; But I'm not going to spend the money to find out.

Yes I provided the wrong reference number, my mistake. I was looking at a different order from a very similarly named supplier.

I checked the video, indeed those are the jeans, regarding the fit, they were not tapered enough according to the measurements I gave. For example, the ankle measurement provided 24 cm circumference, but the jeans are actually 36 cm circumference, which is quite loose compared to the rest of the jeans.

Regarding the smell; there is indeed a smell issue. Initially I thought the jeans were made in China, which is why I could not understand why they would smell like that. Now that I am aware they were made in India, it makes more sense.

Even though you did a quality check, you probably can't even smell it anymore, because everything probably smells like that. I.e., over time, people become nose blind, to smells they are around constantly.

From my experience, even after the washings, when I put on the jeans, the smell wafts up, and It is strong. I'm guessing all the fabrics probably smell similar, I'm just surprised so few others have mentioned it.

The bleach was a last resort, and didn't really do much to either the smell, or the color of the jeans. I will not wear the jeans, because they smell too much, I'll probably just toss them out, because I can't fix it.

I won't be emailing the care email, I don't expect a refund, I just won't be ordering again.

this is my may be 3rd or 4th order with Tailored Jeans, I have been using their service for like 3-4 years now, they are the best and great customer service, I have never found any such company which goes extra mile to serve their customers

Jeans came late,almost a month that's the only con,
Overall happy with my jeans , they fit perfectly the way it should've , will order more, asked them to expedite the delivery next time , they said FedEx messed up with label they lost it, so it took extra time to track and fix the label ,next time it won't happen

I cant say anything more, I have been served again with best fitting jeans like last time.

great fit, choice of front pocket cut, easy to get hand into pocket and grab your keys.
The boot cut is done well.
The pocketbook is happy with Jeans price.

Good service and great fit, I visited their store in Surat when I visited India this month, and bought 4 Jeans customised, made to measure, nice experience got my jeans in 11 days, prompt service and quick turnaround time.
Will definitely order from their website again.

Still haven't arrived. It's been months.

I've got a pair of jeans. I tried to provide measures as accurate as possible. However, jeans happened to be too wide in waist. I can wear it of without unbutton. That I can understand - may be measures I provided were not completely correct. However, it is also too short. Here I am surprised since it was major requirement. I am 197 cm tall. Therefore, length is major problem with stock jeans. Here I have the same. That is strange for me.
Jeans are of good general quality. Good fabric. No issues on it. I decided to leave it here. However, I would not buy this pair in shop if I would able to try it first.
