Adorable shoes, seem comfortable for year old baby. Easy to put on!

Affordable flexible baby shoes, really helped prevent falls in my opinion as my baby learned to walk.

No one replied to me when I requested a return

Shoes with rubber around bottom of foot were a joke. The fact you can’t return a product is package was opened is a joke. I’ve messaged the company three times and still haven’t received a response regarding my returns/exchanged (the sneakers seem like they will work out)

I ordered two pairs of shoes from them and received one wrong pair. I contacted customer service via the form on their website and by email but have not ever received any response. The shoes were delivered from China and it took about 3 weeks, they don't have any brand logo on them. So, I looked them up on AliExpress, and you can buy them for only $3.50. This store is a complete scam.

They are sooooo cute! It took a little long for arrival but I got my grandchildren shoes. Can't wait till they are able use them.

Was sent two different sizes. Neither was the size I ordered. At this point I don’t see myself being a repeat customer

I ordered 3 of the same age range shoes but received 3 very different sizes. I've reached out to the company twice via two different routes & never heard back from them.

I to was ghosted after getting the “I will look into” reply twice. I never received shoes and the tracking said they were delivered to the mail room at my post office. Checked with them and they did not have. I requested a refund multiple times and never heard back.

The shoes never arrived. When I wrote to customer service I was told you “would look into it”. I never heard from customer service again, despite following up. I have submitted a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

I never got my order and I sent a message and got no reply.

I tried to return them but no one responded after email and calling, which the number doesn’t even work. Will not buy again.
