Our Tailor Made Tail holiday was excellent
Our Tailor Made Tail holiday was excellent, right from the first enquiry throughout the arranging and booking processes, and finally to an enquiry we had whilst in Istanbul. The hotels were all lovely and the trains as we had hoped - comfortable, mainly on time, and with helpful friendly staff, so that our TMR experience was very good throughout. Thank you.

Tailor Made Rail listen and resond.
Tailor Made Rail listen to what we want, gently advise when we ask for more than we are capable of doing, deliver a schedule promptly, allow us time to come up with the money we need to pay them, let us know during our trip if trains are cancelled and send us alternative times of trains when our trains are delayed and we miss our connections.

Well organised and lots of information provided.
The tour was well organised by TMR and everything went to plan, apart from border checks over which they had no control. They provided plenty of detailed information about every stage of the itinerary.

Our Tailor Made European Adventure
We were so happy that we used Tailor Made Rail for our first rail trip into Europe. They organised everything for us, tickets, passes and hotels in the various places we stayed, based on the information we had provided regarding our specific requirements. The staff were friendly and always quick to respond. Should we decide on another train adventure, we know we will return to this company for their assistance.

Tailor made rail were excellent
Tailor made rail were excellent. Their communication was clear and they organised an itinery to our specifications. Information give about each stage of the journey was helpful.
The accommodation booked by TMR was brilliant, some of it within walking distance of train station.
Their communication was travel across Europe was tiring so our extended stay in Istanbul was great,as was the location of our hotel.

A perfect service
A perfect service - prompt and accurate service; careful preparation and clear explanations of travel arrangements; very good selection of hotels which were convenient and comfortable; brilliant planning of some complex rail connections; all arrangements went accoring to plan. Near perfection (the food in one of the 4 hotesl booked not up to par)

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. TMR enabled me to customise my trip to Istanbul and selected a great range of hotels. They ensured I always had my own sleeping compartment on the trains and the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. Any timetable changes were flagged up immediately. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Andalusia by train
The organisation of the holiday was excellent. The multiple train journeys all happened without any issues. The tickets for the journeys were all accurate meaning that there was no hassle at any of the stations or on the trains. Seat allocations were also excellent.
Hotel accommodation was very good, with mostly city centre locations in comfortable, well equipped establishments.
Our car journey between two centres was very good. The driver was excellent. Careful driving and thoughtful information to improve our stay in Seville.
It was a very enjoyable holiday throughout.
