Great product, beautiful light. Looks great in the half way. Just wished I had known about the dimmer turning it on and off. Description says dim to warm light so electrician fitted a switch that was not required.

The whole process of ordering and receiving my table lamps was simple and straightforward.

Good service, arrived earlier than predicted

I bought a lamp which arrived with a 2-pin plug. When I asked why that had been sent and not a 3-pin for use in uk, I was told it was standard when ordering on the EU website. If necessary they could send me a link so that I could order an adaptor. I responded to say I wasn’t aware that I had ordered from the Eu website as I had responded to an email sent in the uk. I then received an apology for the confusion as I had actually order on the uk website. So I asked what I should do with the lamp because it wasn’t useable without an adaptor. I was told there should be one in the box! Obviously there wasn’t, because I wouldn’t have raised the query if there had been. I had to then request an adaptor and have now been told it has been sent. I am still waiting. How long should I wait to see if it actually arrives - I have little confidence that it will. Perhaps I should return anyway and get a refund.

The item arrived incomplete (without charging cable, bulb etc) and when I sought to address this with customer care I was asked for proof three times before receiving a response. I am still awaiting rectification and have been told that I will need to return my incomplete item before receiving a working replacement. Not sufficient wheh my money has been taken.

Lovely hand blown bulbs just what we wanted to jazz up our kitchen

Ordering the products I wanted was easy and guided by the lovely staff, I was able to order to the showroom and collect when it was convenient. The lovely receptionist helped me take my products to my flat round the corner.

Bought a reflection table lamp I’ve long had my eye on. Snapped it up in the sale directly on Tala for an absolute bargain. Now it has arrived it’s so nice, I would have still loved it at full price - but - they’re not currently full price so I’ve just quickly bought another in a different shape!!

FYI these ones don’t just look like table lamps, they’re almost sculpture like. The dimmer switch has a great range I really appreciate as I do struggle with bright lights sometimes. Very well packaged and easy to put together.
