Exactly as described and very quick and efficient service.

I have sent two emails, still no reply, both ignored regarding faulty pair of earrings. Included invoice, order number and photos. Still nothing. Will be contacting my visa provider for a chargeback.

Received a completely different item from what was advertised and purchased cheaper tackier and not made of the originally stated material, have found the item that I received on another website that has the same business address but it is not an item even listed on Talia-Rae have sent multiple emails and even reached out on social media and they have all been ignored absolutely shocking standards of practice no other way of contacting them so they’re free to carry on in this manner

I am unable to reply directly so will add this update as response I can assure you I have emailed directly with all relevant information including photos of what I received and order number as well as messaging on facebook with still no response and yes the package that was delivered said it’s sent from luxesmith.com jewellery with the same return address as the one listed to you’re business! I did not order from their website but have received stock from them instead of what I have purchased from yourselves it’s unacceptable and needs to be rectified
