Very honest and transparent advice
Tommy gave me really great advice and was refreshingly honest about the realities of starting a serviced accommodation business. A lot of people sell courses and share success stories online, but they don’t always talk about the actual costs involved—things like VAT, hidden expenses, and the upfront investment required before you even see a profit. I was already aware of some of these things, but Tommy really took the time to break it down in detail. He explained how to properly calculate profitability, factoring in all the costs, not just the basics. It’s rare to find someone who gives such a transparent and realistic perspective instead of just selling the dream. I really appreciate his insight!
