I recently made a purchase using Tamara’s split payment option. However, without my clear knowledge or explicit consent, a “Smart Membership” was automatically activated on my account, and I have been charged 19 AED monthly.
I find this practice misleading and unacceptable, as I did not intentionally subscribe to any paid membership service. Customers should not be enrolled in recurring payment plans without clear and transparent authorization.
I request the immediate cancellation of this membership and a refund of all charges deducted under this subscription.
