i have used tandae previously & absolutely love the tan!
unfortunately (not tandaes fault) my order didnt arrive and i needed to contact customer service. Amy's customer service was absolutely fantastic & I will 100% be a tandae customer forever due to the kindness and support their team show.

It’s a lovely tan, lasts well and fades so much nicer then other tans. It also comes off well after a week or so of wearing.

However…

I’ve bought this tan ever since it launched, but only in the last two bottles or so have I noticed the green undertone is so noticeable. When I first started buying it the green undertone was hardly noticeable. I would wash it off and be a lovely tanned golden colour and go so many compliments. But now, I wash it off and my skin looks green. I have to have two showers to try get the green to fade, and it’s only sometimes 2 days later my tan looks a nice golden tanned colour. The day after tanning I can’t get my make up to match my tan on my neck as my neck is green. I’m not sure if something small has changed in the ingredients but it’s lot more noticeable for some reason.

I’m aware they’ve brought out a new tan with a red undertone so I’m looking forward to trying that!

Fabulous customer service. Exceptional correspondence after my mistake (I ordered the wrong product) Amy was super efficient at rectifying my issue.
They do also do amazing tanning spray that’s works brilliantly, the best I’ve used☺️.

All I can do is praise the staff in customer service.
My products didn’t arrive as post lost the parcel. Amy in customer service did everything she could to track and investigate. Rhyse stepped in and got me another package sent out within 24 hours so I had it. Great staff that look after there customers. Thankyou so much for everything x

Excellent service from Tandae and its staff. My order was lost in transit; however, after contacting Tandae, a new order and a complimentary gift were dispatched on the same day. Additionally, I received my missing parcel the following day, which Tandae generously allowed me to keep. Having used various fake tans over the years, I can confidently say that this product is the best! 🤗

Fantastic products from Tandae – in particular I love the face mist, and also the oil-free moisturiser, which smells unreal! I’ve used various tans over the years, and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality from Tandae, and love that it’s a UK born, bred and made product.

Their customer service is also outstanding - Amy helped me with a courier delivery issue, and her response was unbelievably rapid, super understanding, and really friendly. Couldn’t ask for better! Highly recommend!

Absolutely love the moistriuiser , the smell is to die for and it massively prolongs my tan.

Tandae ultra dark is truly amazing!! This tan goes on like a dream and leaves you with ZERO streaks the next day. The scent of the tan is also unreal, non of the biscuit fake tan smell! Can’t wait to try the Tandae face mist which is next on my list to get!

This is only a 5 because of how Amy at Tandae handled dpds screw up.
I use this tan on holiday as it’s perfect. I’d paid for next day delivery but DPD tried to deliver at the wrong house. Didn’t drop to neighbours house either. The photo showed a red from door and ours is navy!
Amy was so fast in her replies and so customer focused.
She ended up giving me the postage and money back.
I’d recommend this tan for sure esp for holiday too as it wears so well ( I am so pale and burn so always tan on holiday) but also the service. It is so rare these days! Thank you Amy 🙏🏼

The best tan on the market for sure. I've tried quite a few and this one is the only one that fully lasts. It doesn't streak or make me go into tiger bread phase, it scrubs off so easy. The face mist is also a godsend. Not only that the guys in customer service are great - huge thanks to Amy for her help today and to Rhys too. Will keep coming back and back and back!

I’ve used every tan on the market I carried on buying this because it was influencer led, the first few bottles all leaked. Customer service were very good and replaced however even one that arrives non leaky still manages to leak all over after use. The tan is useless. Does not last. I had to keep reapplying on holiday every time I went for a swim the whole tan had disappeared. Before anyone wonders my sunscreen is not to blame it’s not oily, it is 100% the tan. I’ve been using the same suntan cream for years with other tans. On the face if you wear makeup you’ll remove the whole tan after one day of makeup and be white again. The ultra dark is lighter than the dark and don’t get me started on the horrific face tanner. Goes into every pore dries skin and develops uneven the price is silly money for that orange load of rubbish. I don’t believe the influencer wears this a full week on holiday like she claims. I think it’s a clever marketing company with a bad expensive product that’s a waste of money. Ile be chucking mine away. Never again.

Without a doubt the best tan I have ever used! I have the face and body tan and it’s honestly faultless. I am fairly pale and have struggled with a lot of other tans smelling unpleasant, being streaky or a horrible colour but this is perfect! The smell is amazing! The colour looks natural and I am not an expert tanner at all but have had no streaks whatsoever. Highly recommend and will continue to buy lots more! :)

The tan is just ok. Smells nice and dries quickly, but ultra dark is more of a light medium shade after washing off even with a double coat. Definitely not holiday proof as day 2 of my holiday it has peeled away, even with using oil free sunscreen, tandae oil free moisturiser and no swimming. Wouldn’t buy again but was nice to try.

The tan smells lovely and delivery was quick and the packaging was beautiful however the tan itself is not doing it for me. I ordered it hoping for a tan for my holidays after following Georgia for years and thinking her tan always looks lovely however I’ve used it twice now and it’s green and bitty. It doesn’t spread evenly or easily and I’ve found it very disappointing. It may be a dodgy batch but I won’t be ordering again. I will say though the face tan is 10/10.

I wanted to share my experience on the brilliant customer service I have received by Amy at Tandae. Yodel had some trouble with delivering my order and when I contacted Tandae, Amy was quick to help. She kept me informed as she corresponded back and forth with Yodel and to make sure I wasn't waiting for my order, had another one shipped straight away!! I was also refunded my delivery charge for the inconvenience. A quick resolution and very appreciated! I will definitely order from Tandae again :)

This is my second round of Tandae, because WOW 👌. My first order was a gift from my family so I couldn't comment on the ordering / delivery service then. But this time round, I ordered yesterday around 10am and it was delivered by 10am this morning to my house (just 24hrs). Such a fast turnaround and in the most aesthetically pleasing packaging, IYKYK. Then the actual tan. Now, I hadn't tanned in around 18 years so this was a big deal, and it did not disappoint!! The easiest application, zero transfer, no streaking and it lasts sooo long. Even my husband (who hasn't a clue) said it looks good. And lastly, Georgia is such a lovely, genuine person (and quite funny). She takes her time to reply to all social media messages, despite her large following and busy schedule. I will never buy another tan again. It is now part of my identity (dramatic, I know 😅)
