Tanzanitedirect Opiniones

Helpful expert service, and wonderful experience purchasing with Tanzanite direct.

Linda, you were so patient and so incredibly careful and considerate of my requirements. Thank you for taking the time to coordinate communication between the warehouse, giving me advice on care for insurance of the gemstone, the evaluation, the colour and size of the stone. Amidst COVID-19 you were so amazing for transport of the gem and were so quick with responding to me and super friendly and caring too. My partner and I were wary at the start for fears of not knowing who is on the other side, but you really settled those anxieties. Thank you, truly - for considering so much what we needed and asked for!

After working with Linda from Tanzanite direct I could not be more thrilled with my ring. Far exceeded my expectations....quality, design and value. Outstanding experience

Linda has been absolutely incredible to deal with and has set a new bar for what customer service should be. These days, it’s getting harder to trust the person at the other end of an online transaction, but Linda went above and beyond to help me through the purchasing process. Even after the transaction, she’s very prompt when replying to emails and was happy to answer all my questions, and even sent me additional information to educate me. Thank you so much Linda! I love my Tanzanite and can’t wait to buy another.

I had a very pleasant experience communicating with Tanzanitedirect team. fast and professional
Thank you

Wow, I absolutely love my beautiful Tanzanite I purchased from Tanzanite Direct. I got so much more for my budget than I was expecting and the competing quotes I got else wear were no where near the amazing price I got from Tanzanite Direct! Linda was there every step of the way and was nice to purchase from an expert in their field rather than a sales person. 5*.

This was a truly great experience! I was initially worried about buying something this expensive online, but Linda Kennedy was a total pleasure to work with. The ring I was thinking of buying had been sold. She looked through what tanzanite stones she had and helped me choose a brilliant, beautiful stone for a new ring. She even sent pictures and a video of the stone. I got the ring today (it took about 4 weeks to make), and it is as beautiful as billed. She was always very responsive to email so I was never worried that I was getting scammed. She even responded to my emails while she was away getting married!! Crazy! I highly recommend this company and expect to get more sparklies from them in the future!

The treatment, the quality of the stone and the quick responses to my questions were just excellent in every respect! Thank you!

Linda was incredibly helpful and patient in helping to create the perfect engagement ring, within a fairly short window of time. I would highly recommend Tanzanite Direct for both their service and their product!

It was such a pleasure to buy at Tanzanite Direct. At first I was a bit sceptical about buying a gemstone online but after getting in touch with Linda I was feeling much more comfortable. Linda helped me decide which stone would fit my needs best and answered all my questions, even coming from a Tanzanite novice.
I happened to be in Hong Kong for a business trip and I was able to visit the office and view the stone before buying. I was given a warm welcome and again lots of information was given.

I’m happy I decided to contact Linda and I can’t wait to present the stone to my wife at Christmas.
One thing is for sure, when I get back to Hong Kong, a visit to Tanzanite Direct will be on my list!

I contacted Linda Kennedy, Gemologist at Tanzanitedirect.com. I gave her shape and color preference as well as my price point for a ring for my wife. Linda sent visual photos by email with options meeting my criteria. I chose a ring from Linda’s options. My wife loved the ring’s color and style. I recommend this Tanzanite gem firm.

Great experience with Linda. She is kind and caring and good at what she does, which is pick out stellar gems!
I was a little hesitant at first to deal with someone that I couldn’t see or visit, but after reading her reviews and looking at her website I decided to make a leap of faith and I’m really glad I did. I will definitely be returning.

I have had the most wonderful experience working with Tanzanite Direct! I wanted a pendant that was just a little larger than a design that was listed so I sent an inquiry. Linda picked out just the right stone for me, sent me photos and all of the information I needed about it, and the result is absolutely everything I could have hoped for. It was shipped with care and I received it 2 days after it was shipped! Linda clearly loves what she does, has an expert eye, and genuinely cares about her customers’ satisfaction. Her regular updates were so pleasant and detailed I almost felt like I had a new friend taking care of my transaction. She has definitely earned my trust and I am looking forward to the next piece of beautiful jewelry I buy from her!

I want to recommend this store to anyone who would like to purchase the highest quality tanzanite in the best price and service. I would like to thank especially Linda for her exceptional assistance and follow up of the whole process! She was great advisor during choosing the right stone and great assistance after, for shipment and delivery. Her engagement and follow up of the customer is the role model example how to take care about person who spends substantial amount of money on luxury goods. I will defenetly come back to Tanzanite Direct in the future. Linda, Thanks for everything !

Brilliant customer service - first rate - happy to recommend.

The ring I bought my daughter for her 21st was exactly as described by Linda. it arrived promptly and securely packaged. Upon having it valued for insurance purposes I was extremely pleased that I got it for a considerable amount less than the figure recommended (don't tell my baby girl). I would definately use this site again should I require any more Tanzanite!

I have had the privilege of conducting business with Linda Kennedy, the founder and principal of Tanzanitedirect, since June 2015. I have purchased three pieces from Linda during that time and in every case, the product exceeded my expectations and appraised for more than the purchase price. She is one of those few business people who consistently "under promises and over delivers". I confess that before my first transaction, I was uncomfortable spending this amount of money with a vendor I did not know for a product I had seen only online. Linda sensed my reluctance, reassured me, and we have been doing business ever since. What started out as a business relationship has evolved into a friendship connecting opposite sides of the globe. I could not recommend anyone more enthusiastically!

Very professional and thorough service. Extremely happy with the stones they are absolutely beautiful. Thank you Linda for your diligence.

Linda was fantastic. She helped us find exactly what we wanted and her customer service throughout was exceptional. She is very responsive and I will definately be recommending her to others.
