I did a coaching course with Steve Payne and it was amazing. He's an excellent teacher, the course was very well organized and everything was on point. The only thing I have to say is that he's so aware of everything that's going on, that the moment your eyes wonder away he will notice and bring your attention right back! So you better be 100% present! Thanks for everything, will be back for more.

Great course whether delivered in-person or online / zoom. Steve is very knowledgeable and brilliant at sharing his knowledge and at the same time enabling participants to make the learning their own AND have the confidence and skills to use NLP in their own personal and professional practices.

I found the ACT Coaching course to be incredible insightful and challenging. The subjects we covered, and the manner in which they were approached and explained was so refreshing, it reinstalled my desire to learn and grow, that had been diminished through time spent in school and other learning institutions. The facilitator was a joy to learn from, and took time to ensure that each student understood and could enact what we had learned, which greatly enhanced the learning experience for all in the class.

I only have amazing things to say about Steve and The Academy Of Coaching. Steve is a FANTASTIC coach and trainer. He is attentive, thorough, extremely professional and funny! (Which is always a bonus!). I came out of this training knowing I had been taught by one of the best out there, which gave me confidence in Coaching my own clients. The course material was thorough and the coaching environment was intimate and personal. It was during covid lockdown and so online but it didn’t feel that way at all. I whole heartedly recommend Steve and ACT (and actually already have many times). And nope I was not paid to say this ;) One of the best investments in myself I’ve EVER made. Thank you Steve :)

I qualified as a NLP Practitioner and Coach January 2021 with Steve Payne. I had been recommended his 3 month intensive programme by another coach and I wasn't disappointed. A really lovely group of coaches in training and Steve was great throughout, supportive, engaging and I learnt so much! Am really enjoying my coaching journey and look back at that time with fond memories. I am also in touch with a couple of people still from the group which is lovely too. Thanks Steve.

Steve has also created a very supportive community around his training offering.
