The web site very user friendly, I ordered my tap part at the weekend when they are closed but the part arrived on the Tuesday, fantastic service and great communication

I ordered a part and paid £2.99 for DPD 48-hour delivery. The next day, I received an email stating that due to high demand, delivery would take 5-7 days. As I had a leaking tap and couldn't wait that long, I immediately sent an email requesting cancellation.
Before ordering elsewhere, I decided to phone to confirm the cancellation and refund. I spoke to a very helpful lady who explained that they'd had a system update and the delay email had been sent in error. She assured me the part would arrive on Monday.
Later that same day, I received an email confirming the order had been cancelled. I rang immediately and was told the order had not been cancelled. Given the urgency of my leaking tap, I pressed the representative to double-check, especially as I was looking at a cancellation email. After checking for a couple of minutes, he confirmed the order had indeed been cancelled but said they could dispatch it on Monday.
At this point, I have lost all confidence in the company and will buy from a more consistant company. The contradictory information, incorrect automated emails, and confusion among staff members have made it impossible to trust that my order will be handled correctly or arrive when needed.

Just a brilliant website, I was able to get the spares I needed to replace on my kitchen taps, quick delivery, thank you.

Tap spares has an easy to navigate website with a pretty comprehensive selection of spare parts and good detail provided on items. I needed a pair of Abode kitchen tap cartridge valves and a new hand spray body. They were delivered the within 2 days. Great service. ( Only problem was the plank delivery man from the normally reliable DPD who said my parcel had been handed to a non existent neighbour. Having checked a number of likely addresses I found the parcel had been posted through my letterbox!)

Couldn’t find what I was looking for in the local shops but they found this site for me and you had what I needed, it was a tap hi tech spout diffuser, which I got delivered by DPD in the required time but I must say I wondered why something so small you just didn’t post it

I was faced with having to buy a new kitchen tap because the kitchen unit supplier could not provide spare parts. I looked at the tap spares .com website and found the exact tap handles I required. Brilliant and much cheaper. Delivery time was good.

Website was easy to navigate, the valve came quickly, was exactly as described, well packaged, and did exactly what it was supposed to do. Goodbye drippy tap!

Brilliant service and help from Kris at customer service who was dedicated to help me solve my problem and endure I had the right valves.

Originally I bought 2 valves for a 12yr old Abode tap which model was unknown.... So I matched it with the closest looking. But although the valves came super fast I found out the did not quite fit. So spoke to tap spares CS.... Kris who was happy to do a refund.... But wanted to help me solve the problem..... So he spent time trying to identify the old tap and find the right ones.... Which he did and at no extra cost.

Now that's what I call service!!!!

I ordered a replacement hot water cartridge for our kitchen mixer tap on Thursday evening. It was despatched on Friday and arrived at lunchtime on Saturday with DPD. Excellent service. Husband fitted the cartridge in the afternoon, so the tap is no longer dripping!

Had difficulty finding this item but they had an original which has extended the life of my kitchen mixer tap - quality is excellent and delivered promptly (by DPD). In fact, I was so pleased that I bought another! Many many thanks.

I ordered a valve. It was incorrect, I called them and they sent me a new correct one free. No questions asked. Very polite, very friendly and very understanding. Couldn't ask for a better service.

I ordered a swan neck complete spout assembly, it arrived and when I tried to fit it the large 'O' ring broke. I called tap spares and spoke to Steven, he sent me a new 'O' ring pack straight away F.O.C.
