Had a great service from this company.
Ordered a water valve for my dripping kichen tap, for a laymen the site was very easy to use. Recieved my part on Monday well I received the paded envelope that it was put in and a note from the post office saying it was lost in transit because it was from abroad didn't know Norwich had moved. Contacted tapspares told Daniel what had happened he said no probs I will send you another valve by 1st cls post and claim it back from the post office. I received it to day (Tues). Excellent so professional and great parts will defferently use this company again.

I placed an order for a quarter turn
headwork and it arrived within 2 days. So pleased to have got it quickly because l could not use the monobloc tap. Anyway everything is working well.

Although these items were ordered on my behalf I am not a plumber, it would be greatly appreciated if you could send me some simple instructions to replace the items on my taps so I can do the job myself and not have to go to the expense of calling a plumber out.

Customer service par excellance, staff is knowledgable, obliging and speedy to respond. You don't experience this standard very often. They deserve to do very well.

I have been most impressed by the Abode service team! I was having trouble with a dripping tap which I had bought several years ago. They were able to identify the exact model and tell me which cartridges I needed to order. I rang them several times for advice on replacing the cartridges and every time the person I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful with advice. Fantastic friendly service from tap-spares.com My problems sorted with no fuss, patience and professionalism. Parts checked to match tap. My go to for tap spares. Abode (for me) but I checked other brand spares are for John Lewis, Wickes, Howdens, CDA, Benchmarx and San Marco taps

Phoned up to order spare parts, spoke to an actual human who knew what I needed. Reasonably priced, including P&P, arrived promptly, with fitting instructions emailed to me in the meantime.
Would definitely use them again.

We have a duty to fix stuff when we can rather than chuck it and buy another. It’s not simply the cost and the waste. Swapping a tap is a real bother. Tap Spares offer an important service here.

I received an email today after contacting them 2 days ago regarding a faulty tap. I wasn’t sure if I had warranty but I supplied all of my purchase information along with a video of the fault. A new part has been dispatched and will be with me within the next 2-3 days. Couldn’t ask for any better service!

Have used this company before and pleased to do so again

After fitting two new cartridges from Tap Spares, which immediately cured an irritating leak, I ordered two new ceramic handles. Despite a delivery window of 5 to 7 days, they arrived after only 4 days and were simple to fit. The tap now looks the part and is leak free. Curiously though, it now operates in the opposite direction to the original tap - not a problem, just something to get used to after 10 years of the old tap.

Correct o ring set arrived so that’s great but you need to include instructions or a link to instructions.
