Good customer service
Stephen was very helpful in sorting out the ceramic disc valve for my tap. Having a real person on the end of the phone makes a big difference.

Amazing service
Steve was so helpful and guided me through the process of checking which new cartridge was causing the dripping from the spout. I learnt something new with his instructions! He kindly ordered the replacement part and some extras which he assures me will fix the problem. His clear instructions has made my day after struggling for hours to work out a solution on my own. Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Steve.

They sent a brand new spout and it arrived really quickly.

Ordered a replacement aereator nozzle for an out of production Atlas 4 part mixer tap. It arrived very quickly and fitted fine only downside was it was not the same finish as the original tap. Overall I'm well pleased with the service.
