Ordered product and recvd a FB msg that my order was confirmed and I would recv an email shortly. Never happened, but they did attempt to charge my CC with either one cent or $1. Dont recall, however, my cc denied the minimal charge and the order was cancelled. Hmmm

I love my new tapestry of the Northern Lights! Its beautiful and just the right size. The colors are amazing. I hung it up with double sided self adhesive tape as well. I would highly recommend. Would love to buy a few more. It does take almost a month to receive maybe a lil less. I am very happy with my purchase.For some reason I could not add a picture sorry site didnt give me the option.

Finally received my tapestries. Still not happy with the delivery time. Just wanted to update this site to tell people that they arrived.

I'm with Ayana Sanchez on this one. I really wish I read these reviews before ordering. I check my mailbox daily as if I'm awaiting a letter from a brother in combat. Its pathetic. I was assured that if I completed my order on April 20th I would receive my items by April 27th. I get that we are undergoing a universal crisis. But i believe an email update would suffice.

Ordered April 5th. Received April 29th. Image was blurry and colors were not the same as depicted on the website. Return policy is a pain. Trash. Don't waste your hard earned money.

I have yet to receive any customer service regarding my order nor any updates. I have ordered from many vendors during this pandemic and they have at least been responsive and prompt with order inquiries

Took a long time to receive my tapestry, considering the pandemic I didn't concern myself with the delay. However the print quality is terrible. Very blurry I can't even look at it. The colors are way off. Definitely stolen art

Wow. Wishing I had read the reviews before ordering from this place. I paid for the tapestry on April 8, 2020 and still have to receive any update or ETA on its whereabouts. Morgan the customer service rep is rude and sending automated responses to my requests for an update on the shipment of my tapestry. They will not give me a refund.

I’ve ordered at least 20 items from other places and none of them had a problem being delivered. I believe this company is fraud the Customer service rep “Morgan” is very rude and unhelpful. All I want at this point is a refund and that is being denied. Hopefully I can help at least one person from making a mistake. Don’t order from here. I have to call my bank for a refund because they told me to wait for the delivery then send it back for a refund. How am I to do that when it seems to never be delivered!?

I ordered two tapestries from them and nothing. It said 5- 15 days still nothing. I start to think it was a scam and decided to check their ratings today and now I know. I I was told at a young age if it's to good to be true it probably isn't. A lesson learned.

OMG I did not check the reviews before ordering. I ordered on 4-8-20, I'm still waiting on my order.. it can't be tracked at this time 4-28-20!
The only reply I get is "the order is in the way".
I've requested a refund!!!

I ordered from them and I wish I had checked for reviews before I spent my money... They sent a message that my product had shipped and I never got anything in the mail.. I want to hunt them down and get my money back... I think I have been scammed and nobody answers the phone.. I aim so upset with them being thieves that I had to change my language from expletives to make this post!!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOU MONEY !!!!!!

I ordered a tapestry on their website through an ad I saw about a sale. The payment was processed and they marked it for PayPal that it was shipped and I received an email it had shipped but never received the item. I tried contacting them through phone and email with no response. Very frustrating. Scam. Do not order from this company.

They kept saying they were closing and never did.

I ordered for a carpet with the 7 chakras with 2m x 2m size but what i got is much worse than a flag for children in cheap toy shop, the size is around 1m x 0.5 m and the quality is omgggggg it got shipped from china with a chinese fake address so my money is stolen, what a disgusting fraud company!!! It is made from one layer plastic cheap and ugly and even the chakra simbols are badly made on it, total fake the whole stuff... i can’t describe how i really wanna sue them for fraud, but nothing about them is real... no wonder thieves are becoming more daring day by day... at least i got a rag 😒 it was my first time for purchasing anything online so it was a big disappointment, but yeah, since then i moved on, and i found YOINS where you can get really good stuff usually, so hope if you can use my advice and do NOT ever use this fraudster page ☺️ And since you thieves will see my preview i just have one thing i would like to say to you: there is no such thing as a crime will never be found out. You will get heavy punishment once, and i am studying law so i am looking forward to it. Even if there is no justice, there is law on the world, and there is fate too. Probably you are making your workers die from hunger and you take these little moneys to make yourselves rich, and the world is just like this today, but even if you won’t get into prison, one day the folks might kill you for using them and torturing them. This is how the world works too. 😒 Humans like you guys are disgusting creatures and you will all suffer the consequences of your sins one day. Maybe not today or tomorrow, but one day i am sure ☺️ So hope you can stop stealing before your fates will reach you guys. Have a nice life until then. 😉

I never had my parcel ! What a fraud !

My experience with Tapestry Galaxy was ridiculous. I ordered a tapestry from their website because I saw on Facebook that they were having a "Close-Out" sale, and that all their tapestries were 70% off. I figured why not because I've always wanted one but they're usually expensive. After some time, I finally decided on one I really liked. It took me about 2 weeks after ordering to realize that this website is probably a scam. I was right. My tapestry was delivered over a month after I ordered it, but I have a feeling the only reason they actually sent it and decided not to scam me was because I kept bothering them. I would email them everyday about getting a refund, telling them I knew they were scammers, and I even reported them to the BBB. The tracking link they sent never worked, on their website it has all 5 star reviews and no way of actually writing a new review, they also kept changing the date of when they were closing the website, AND the same person emailed me back consistently. I was absolutely shocked that my tapestry actually came, but please, never order anything from this website. There are many reviews of people who didn't get so lucky and never received their tapestry. If you want to shop from this website, get ready to b***h and moan about your order until they finally send it to you.

Found this website on Facebook, said they were having discounts and closing. I ordered 3 products, and that was about a week ago. They just said to wait to be notified that my order has been sent. They didn't give me an estimate of when my order will be shipped. That makes no sense. Tried to track my order, said unrecognizable.

Placed an order two months ago. Got an ad on Instagram about the site supposedly doing a closeout sale (to this day) so everything was discounted. I ordered a macrame tapestry and added fairy lights to get free shipping.
I started suspecting when I didn't get an email confirming my order or containing Any shipping info or something of the sort. Nothing. the fairy lights arrived about a month later so I was briefly relieved, but the tapestry never made it. I keep sending out emails but never get a proper response. They say they don't understand what's gone wrong and that they'll look into it on their side but I'd also have to do some asking on my side. After insisting they gave me a tracking number for the order. The tracking number was for the fairy lights that arrived already. I let them know about it and haven't heard from them since.
