Amazing customer service

Quality is very nice and the shipping was fast. I’m really pleased with them and will definitely be back for other items.

You sent the wrong adapter and there is no answer. There is a crack in the screw insert. The nozzle you sent me was also sent another one.

My order was missing a piece, but customer service fixed my issue within an hour of hearing from me.

First adapter I purchased had a malfunction and it was effortless to get awesome customer service

The adapter feels cheap for the price. It fits very tight in the pistol but most importantly it will not feed because the shell will not fit properly. I wasted my money on something I haven't been able to use.

Emailed support, the responded in 20 mins and with a solution.

I ordered one 417 to M4 HPA adapter. The first one broke on the feeding tube and the feeding itself was bad due to the fitment of the gasket.
I got a second one and it was the latest version of the pro adapter, this one was very shaky in the magazine shaft and due to this the gasket fitment was even worse and nothing feeder or fitted. So the product was not as good as I thought.

But now to the good part. The support of TappAirsoft is awesome! Very good communication and tries to solve the problem, they were instantly ready to solve tro problems with a couple of solutions, even though the solutions didn't work, the quality and service was very good.

I was having a lot trouble with my krytac vector drum and with help from Arren and a new gasket, it now works flawlessly. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Ordered 14.05.2024, 31.05 got info that package was lost/stolen Since then no updates or any new information

First package was lost, but the second one arrives without problems on 20.06

Everything was on time and product is much better in quality than expected! Fits perfect!

Had a part of the conversion kit for my GHK M4 airsoft break down during a skirm.
Even though it was past warranty they send me the piece needed without charge (just the shipping cost).
Now it works great again.

Le chargeur drum est de bonne qualité malgré les lèvres qui était cassé mais le SAV a était très réactif, je trouve juste dommage que le bouchon pour les billes soit un bout de caoutchouc non fixé car on peut le perdre facilement lors d'une partie.

I had a problem with the adapter and send them photos and straight away they got back to me with a solution even though it took a while but they remedy the problem thanks TAPP

They took 8 months to deliver a product estimated at 2-4 weeks and the fitting they sent with the adapter leaked right off the bat too.
