Adapter works great, only complaint is the shell retaining mechanism can be a little finicky when trying to get a new shell into the adapter.

This did not work correctly will be corresponding with the team there shortly

Absolutely did wonders, purchased an older model adapter from a local retailer which had defects. They responded to a thread of mine within the hour and are sending me a brand new adapter to replace my previously purchased one. Really went above and beyond!

Ordered and Delivered to the UK ahead of stated time.

While the initial product I received was flawed, the customer support is unreal. Their patience dealing with the trial and error of making sure their design is flawless is unparalleled, and very much appreciated. Good customer service

Had issues with an AAP-01 adapter that I purchased. The feed tube had a wide spot that caused bb's to jam up. I reached out to Tapp for tech support via their website but didn't hear back. After posting a review, they immediately responded and instructed me to reach out via social media. I messaged them on FB, and they responded within minutes, took my order number, and are shipping a replacement. I was only looking for tech support, and they are sending me a new unit. That's above and beyond! Thank you Tapp.

There have been some fitment issues with the supplied mag adapter. Tapp Airsoft have sent me a replacement but that also had fitment issues.
They have since contacted me to say they are working on making the adapter fit perfectly.

Their customer service so far has been exemplary.

I'll update the review once the Working replacement has arrived.

I had ordered a black TM KSG competition m4 adapter, it works great but the one I received was gray.

Excellent customer service. Not every gen is the same and when I had ferment issues they did everything in their power to make sure the adapter works for my gun. It took awhile but everything works flawlessly now. Very pleased with my purchase and service received by Tapp.

The order shipped and then got lost in transit, I contacted Tapp 3 days after it was scheduled to be delivered and was lost after filing a missing mail claim asking if they could send a replacement. 3 business days later, no response. I sent another email describing the same issue, no response. Package suddenly gets marked as delivered 8 days later with no actual delivery of the product. Yes it's the post offices loss of the package, no contact has been made still. Only way to get the money back is to do a reversal since their customer service won't reply to emails.

Very nice people very polite. They helped me with anything. I needed to be done with my HPA adapters when no questions asked.

Although the adaptor didn't fit, the process was quick and easy for me to receive and return. I hope to try oot another one for the AAPO1 as well as a hoodie (XXL/XXXL) at some point in the near future!
