I ordered 2 items. Both the same size. One was 2 sizes too small. The other, a T shirt was so comedy large it could be used as a nightshirt! Complaint passed on to relevant department. Been waiting 9 MONTHS. For the refund they continue to promise on a regular basis.
I ordered a knitted sweater and got a cheap polyester piece of crap.
I asked for a refund and got the run around saying it would take too long to give a refund so the offered me a coupon.
It is a scam.
They are showing nice photos of the shirts and selling scam clothes.
They policy allows to return and they refuse.
They are offering a coupon knowing that I will never order this shi.t again.
Biggest Scam on the internet.
I already complained about them to the authorities.

What a scam. They show embroidered shirts but it's actually poorly printed embroidery. They say they provide refunds but I am still fighting with them on this. AVOID at any cost!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Scam. The family story untrue. Olivia, Lucy, Alice, Justina, and Matthieu must be very busy in 3 places at the same time in luthuania, USA and UK running Tarency, La Petite Alice, Rococity and Elsalook. I tried to cancel within 24 hours and they weren't having any of that and auto reply out. Its shamless stealing and misrepresentation.
What ever you do do not buy from this company. They say they are UK company but they are not. They are from China. The quality of the material is terrible the items are stitched up badly. They offer you a 30% discount and keep the item which is overpriced anyway. and not suitable to give to a charity shop! If you try to return, the postage is at least £25. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.
