Beautiful bracelet & fast delivery!
I ordered a bracelet from Vanacci and I’m really impressed it looks exactly like the pictures and feels high quality. Delivery was quick, and the packaging was lovely too. Will definitely order again!
Company takes order and payment and does not ship. does not respond to emails and does not answer the phone.
You are left in limbo and having to report a charge back with your credit card company.
I placed a £70 order in the UK on 31/01/2023. It's 10/02/2023 now and I still don't have my order.
I have tried emailing multiple times, messaging on Facebook messenger, Instagram, even called the numbers which seems to be for a different business, no luck.
This seems to be a scam.
I made 2 different orders, each of multiple items and have not received either one. I've emailed them I've messaged them on facebook, nobody has replied even once about anything. Don't understand why they can't just answer there customers who are supporting there business.
Bought several items from Vanacci over the past 3 years and had no problems with quality, delivery and overall dealings with the company. I recently purchased a bracelet that was too small and after returning the bracelet was modified and returned within 24 hours. The products (in my opinion) are very well made, unique and include features that you can't get anywhere else. I particularly like the options to personalise your items. Mainstream stuff is fine, I think that Vanacci go that one or two steps further. Other companies could learn a lot from them.
Broke after about 2 months.
Contacted customer support and never heard back. Solved the problem myself with super glue, but poor experience when the company can't reply to customers.
